Could these be used for 3/4 or 4 How much is an inch in ?

These clamps will also fit 3/4" EMT, despite being labeled to fit 1/2" PVC.

What will happen if the 1/2'' pvc pipe is used?

I cannot attach these clamps to 1 2" PVC because they are too small. This clamp fits on a 12 inch EMT pipe, which is smaller than a PVC pipe.

On Amazon, you can order the clamps that are necessary for a 1 2" PVC pipe. You can try searching for 12" PVC Snap Clamp on google or bing.

These will work on 1/2" pex that has a 5/8" (16mm) outside diameter. ?

It is unlikely that they will work without a lot of assistance since they are designed to fit pipe with actual openings. The outer diameter of (instead of inner diameter). I am 706"/17. Nine millimeters.

What kind of cpvc pipe will these work with?

CPVC works for us! believed some of my pipe to be PVC, so I purchased a pair of Snap Clamps rated for 1/2" PVC, but they were far too large for my pipe

When I examined closely, the pipes were clearly made from CPVC, a material that I now know is made and measured completely It turns out I took a gamble and bought the 1/2" clamps for EMT, which is galvanized metal tube, and they work perfectly well with 1/2" CPVC pipe. There is no way out of this tight knot. There is no solution to regular adjustment with this treatment, as other people have pointed out These are what I use for holding the material on a few low hoops My favorite method is to use simple spring clamps on areas that I want frequent access to.

I used it for 1/2 ET conduit with no problems. SXS windows are made of clear vinyl that is used to hold the vinyl on. Probably could use them for tarps on the lawn and for gardening. My only wish is to have learned about them much earlier. They will be tested over time to see how they perform.

Put nothing between the clamp and The specifications are perfect for a very tight fit on the EMT, but even the lightest netting is nearly impossible to slip between, install the clamps, or remove them

When trying to put the frost cloth on a 1/2 inch pvc pipe with a frost cloth, we ripped the cloth twice, once while trying to put the frost cloth on, once when we tried to take it off.
