For years, I've been looking for a way to keep my above-ground pool cover secure. Finally. This is effective! This product is ideal for anyone who owns a summer waves or index metal frame pool.
These are fantastic! They're holding a replacement pool liner in place for an above-ground pool, and they're sturdy and did exactly what I needed!.
And it was a pain in the neck until I got these. These can literally save your life. For the price, it's one of the best Amazon purchases I've ever made! My cheap pool cover does not budge, and this item, despite its thinness, does not rip or destroy it. And because I live on the coast in Deep South Texas, it is always very windy. There will be no more searching for my cover at the bottom of the pool, surrounded by leaves. No more, I declare! I'm not spending all of my time cleaning the pool anymore. Now I'm able to relax in my pool. These are fantastic!.
On my long arm quilting frames, I use them to clamp my quilting layers to the roller bars. They perform admirably.
For my long arm quilting machine, I have a Handi Quilter Little Foot Quilting frame, and one of the long clamps we use had broken, so I ordered a replacement. They're on backorder. So I duct taped the broken one together and placed an order for these tiny snap clamps. They're small, but they'll suffice as a standby until my new, longer version arrives. At the very least, I'll be able to use my machine again.
My gaming office chair's gas cylinder keeps collapsing because it can't handle the weight of my manly truck driver girth. I didn't want to put in a lot of effort to fix it, so I figured one of these would suffice. br>br>I purchased a ten-pack of the 1. My failing gaming chair's gas cylinder has a 5 inch diameter, which I measured with calipers to be the width. Despite the fact that the clamps were wider than I had anticipated, I was able to make it work. I simply wrapped some tape around two of them to make a collar, and they are holding up well. In fact, I can hear the tape straining when I sit in the chair with all of my manly truck driverly girth, but I can rotate and sit in the chair all day and it will stay at maximum height. Of course, I have eight more clamps to try to find a use for, so I'm not a You Tube frugal hero who fixed a sinking office chair for a buck, but it was well worth it even at this price. But, since I can fix four more sinking chairs with eight more clamps, I'll keep them for now. br>br>I'll update in six months if I run into any problems or need to switch from packing tape to Gorilla tape. So far, I don't see how this can go wrong.
I measured the pipe to be 1 1/2 inches in diameter and ordered that size. The 4 inch size is perfect for me.
I have a tin Lizzie 18 in my collection. The frame is made of wood. I'm trying to keep my quilt as tight as possible. Puffers and other issues should be avoided.
