This is NOT the tablecloth clamp you want for a white 8 foot folding table that will keep the tablecloth in place even when the wind blows. These clamps are low-cost and easy to break. They might work for a 1" table, but not for Walmart's white folding tables, so save your money. Purchase the tablecloth holders that are weighted and clamp to the tablecloth. Very let down. We were unable to use it because it did not work for us.
They weren't very sturdy, and they only lasted a few months before breaking off the table with very little force. The plastic and metal components were easily broken. I'm down to about half of them and won't be ordering any more.
Winds of up to 50 mph! They're exactly what I needed, and they're doing a good job of it.
It's the perfect size for my picnic table.
My only purchase is a pair of clips.
