It leaks oil if the jackhammer is not laid with its oil seal facing upwards when it is in an upright position. Except for that, this thing is a beast. It can break concrete fence posts in a matter of Within 6 hours, they broke up a slab of concrete 12 ft high, 12 ft long, and 10 inches thick. It's just a matter of rubbing grease on the backside of the chip that will go into the jack before your next use.
I think there is a stake driver too, and I think it's a beastly thing for concrete demos. Comes with minimal oil, some nice bits like a spade shovel, a tamper, and I think a wider chisel. To demo tile, I prefer a rotary hammer drill over a sledge hammer any day (though a rotary hammer drill would be more appropriate at smaller jobs). It was a good buy for my boss, who used to be a lifelong carpenter but has now become a general contractor.
I like the way it works, and the price is reasonable.
