A 1 of this is commonly found on the market Hexagonally shaped bit of 1/8" diameter. The mm format does not specify it. A quarter of an inch is 28 millimeters. Six millimeters. If you tried it, I suspect you would have a problem. In case you have a Home Depot nearby that rents tools, you might be able to get what you need from there. Having the ability to rent this bit allows you to see how well Unfortunately, I am unable to provide more specifics.

I found it to be a great tool that did the job I needed it to do! I needed this to cut the root of a tree stump in order to pull it out

It will only take less than an hour to cut the roots and remove the stump. For the first tree I had to remove, I used a sawzall and it was much easier, quicker, and more effective.
