Last week, I received this digger for the first time, and one of the prongs bent on the VERY FIRST use. The other 2 prongs are bent in the opposite direction of this one, so I would say this digger is essentially useless now (I know because I tried it). Since the product seems quite sturdy, I think it's possible I might have just gotten a defective one, but I think it's possible. Aside from this glitch, I do like the ergonomics of the digger a lot.
