In between each tine, there is roughly half an inch of spacing. The tines on the rake are 17 in number. Thanks for your help it works well picking up leaves, twigs etc.

The DuraFork was loaned to me by a friend so I could clean out my frog pond of leaves accumulated over a couple of years. The device worked so well that I had to have one for myself. My husband took a picture of the UPC code on the handle of the frog pond and ordered it directly from that facility. The package arrived right on time and in good condition. The packaging is superb! Some assembly is required (nut & bolt), but the product is well packaged. It's so cool how the CDs are wrapped in plastic! To be able to get to it, it took several minutes and a knife. Otherwise, I am happy with it.
This is a lifesaver for me, they make it so easy to pick everything up when I run through a dog rescue yard. Bending is not permitted and touching the poop is not permitted. There is at least one thing better than pooper scoopers for small dogs, but not for the very tiny ones since the outside tines are normally closer together.

It works Despite being made of plastic, it is a lighter rake to handle, and the time blocks are quite strong.
They sent such detailed instructions on how to install the handle, so I'm glad they did. If it hadn't been for my friend, I wouldn't have known what to do. After raking the lawn, use the unit to clean up yard waste. Exactly what I was looking for.
The mucking out of duck stalls is a breeze with this tool. Is able to lift wet hay without issue. While I was scooping, I thought I might break the forks on a couple of occasions by hitting walls. However, this fork does not break easily.
