Questions & Answers
Synthetic isoparaffinic hydrocarbon, according to the spec sheet on Sunnyside's website. br>br>Lighter fluid for Zippo style lighters is the same thing. Naphtha is the other name for it. However, because Naphtha contains a variety of hydrocarbon combinations, this can be misleading. VM& P Naphtha has a higher votile and dries faster than "normal" Naphtha. Mineral Spirits has a lot in common with Mineral Spirits. Purchase a can of lighter fluid if you only require a small amount. I keep some on hand because it's great for getting rid of loose tape and stickers. You can get a can of lighter fluid here on Amazon, or at most drug stores or Wally World (the most common brands are Zippo and Ronsonol). If you need more, this is a good price for a quart, and it's also available in gallons.
It works with acrylics, so be careful.
It didn't leak in my case.
Yes, you can use a small tooth brush to clean your teeth.

When I'm painting on canvas with oil paints, I use this to clean my brushes. It functions admirably. br>Now, this is a GENUINE product, not a knockoff, as some reviews have claimed, and I agree that the cap is difficult to remove. However, when items are shipped rather than stored, the chemicals create a slight pressure, making it more difficult to remove the cap. br>br>****If you want to fix it or make it easier to remove it, you'll need a good set of Vice Pliers or Grip Pliers, or plumbing pliers. Push the cap down as far as possible to keep it in place, then wrap the pliers around the plastic cap and twist it off. br>br>Once you've used the product for the first time, the lid will reopen normally. But don't worry, this is a genuine product that works like a charm.
I was unable to open the cap, and the product label appeared to have been slapped on haphazardly. I have my doubts about Sunnyside Corporation's legitimacy with this product.
For the past three years, I've been remodeling our home and have relied on Sunnyside Low VOC mineral spirits. I've used Sunnyside to apply over 200 coats of finish to a variety of hardwoods, and I rely on the product's quality and quick drying times. I've tried other mineral spirits, but none come close to the amazing results I get when I mix Sunnyside with a popular oil-based polyurethane to make a DIY wipe-on finish. A beautiful, long-lasting finish is achieved by applying seven coats of a 50/50 solution of polyurethane to Sunnyside low-VOC mineral spirits.
Because the primer container is so poorly designed, it's ridiculous that there's a YouTube video on how to open it.
After reading all of the reviews about how difficult it is to open this paint thinner container, I was hesitant to buy it. Now I'm kicking myself for getting it; I have no idea who designed it, and it's incredibly difficult to open. It's possible that you'll need to open it with a nail and hammer. Amazon, on the other hand, was gracious enough to make a concession.
I would have returned it if it had not been opened and used. It does have a faint kerosene odor to it. It reminds me of petroleum. I should've just stuck with what I've always done - ACETONE. As a result, I would not recommend it as a good degreaser. It's possible that it'll help you lose weight. Acetone completely removes all grease, oils, and other contaminants and dries quickly. There is no trace of any kind of residue. Don't rely on it to work with epoxies and cyano adhesives on perfectly clean surfaces - or metal bluing on a specific spot.
Its inability to remove paint astounds me. Initially, I attempted to use it in brushes. Which isn't its intended use, but even when I used it to clean up the work area, it was more of a pain with little result, so I'll stick with acetone or something else.
I purchased an old wagon to stain and strip for my wedding. Because it's 90 outside, I bought the indoor odorless kind so I could do this inside. br>br>However, this stuff still stinks to me, and I'll have to work on my project outside as a result. Instead of wasting money on something that should have been odorless, I could have saved some money and bought the original kind of paint thinner.
