Yes, but you'd be better off first putting on a quality primer. To further gain yield, you can tint your primer to be a color similar to your Vplaster (it literally costs nothing extra to do this).

The shiny part of this was lost when I put it in. It looks better with some natural wax, if you use it. You may use it over another brand if you wish, but it has to be tried first
