As far as I know, I have only used them for removing a very sticky adhesive from car windows. Considering the possibilities, I believe they would be suitable for cleaning a glass stove top, especially if you added some chemical assistance. You are going to need to do some serious cleaning to remove the burnt on food from your glass stovetop. I wish you the best of luck!
Hi Mark, in my case I just let go of the knob and rotated the blade sideways. It should never be pulled. Generally, if your device is not deformed, you should be able to simply slide it from one end to the other.
You could cut some plastic using one of the blades provided. It's best to first use a heat gun on it so the adhesive will become pliable. It is this method that I use to remove badges and lettering from cars.

Despite being functional, inexpensive, and dangerous at times, the devices were extremely useful. Having two separate edges within the same product allows it to have two razors, or two plastics, or one of each readily available in case you need to change edges. This product has the added benefit of being ergonomic, at the risk of sounding cliché. Any beginner or craftsman looking to add a hand held magnifying glass to his tool kit would benefit from this device.
In dealing with decals, the plastic blades (used for decal removal) are super tough and do not bend. In the end, I used a heat gun to remove my truck's decals and pressed pretty hard on the truck's body to do so. The decal is off and there are no visible scratches. There are a lot of plastic blades in this package, so for the price, it is amazing. You will soon find you need plastic blades all over the house. It's been a pleasure working with.
The only minor thing is that the cap on the metal razor side comes off easier than it does on the plastic side. You can change it, but I don't want a cap to come off and slice me. Hasn't happened yet but now I'm slightly less thrilled. Because of the curve of the tool, the thumbscrew on one side is a bit in the way, requiring a steeper angle. With that said, I'd still purchase these again since they work well and don't cost a lot.
After searching for a replacement, I've now tracked down its Since I have arthritis in my hands, scraping is very painful for me. My scrapper is very light and its blades are slightly flexible, so I can scrape off a decal made from vinyl on a painted surface. A window doesn't need to be scraped off with a chisel because it is old and stuck on. To push the blade along the chip of paint, simply lay the blade along the chip.
A few small beads of paint were left after my baseboard was lowered following a floor installation, so I needed this tool to get rid of them. With regards to my purposes, the plastic blades are completely ineffective. The metal end can only be used while Regarding the metal blades, putting one into the body can be a bit intimidating. The hammer seemed like it would have to be used to secure it. The one thing I can think of on the long list of jobs I'd hoped to use this tool for, outside of my current project, is not something I had anticipated. The $10 I could have spent on lottery tickets would have been a better use of my money.
With this scraper, I love all the blade replacements that come with it. hole in the handle is ideal for securing the handle while also allowing the right angle to scrape away dirt from the appliance without damaging it. These have mainly been used for my glass cooktop and windows, and they work beautifully. The razor end is easily used to remove anything cooked onto the stove top. While I like that the opposite end of the razor blade is a plastic equivalent for more delicate items, I don't find that end of the razor to be useful for me. In addition, these blades were exceptionally good value, felt quite sturdy, and the blades are held securely. I am very happy with how these blades have performed so far.
It is something that I bought so that when I replace the glass screen protector on my phone, I will have one on hand. It was completely rusted when I pulled it out of a drawer in my kitchen the very first time I pulled it out. Despite the rain, the ground is still dry. The cover has been on it for a couple of months while it has been sitting in the drawer. It is possible to replace it, but I haven't seen this kind of damage before.
I love how easy it is! It would be nice to be able to push my way through the gunk and scrape it off effectively. While I was using my glass top stove, I accidentally put a cheap pot holder on it. In the end I scraped off most of the residue with a stainless steel scrubbing pad, and the remaining residue I removed with a wood scraper. (I used the stainless steel scrubber to try and remove it, but it didn't work As long as the residue was left behind, it worked. 1) This scraper does everything I need it to do! This gentle scraper is wonderful, and i love the metal scraper as well.
