The DeWalt knife is the BEST knife I have used to handle dough it has many things that make it the BEST, in many ways. It may not be versatile, but this does not diminish its excellent ability to finish very evenly and drag dough very effectively. I've tried many, but I think this is the best so far.

Having worked as a professional contractor, this is one of the worst knives I have ever used to finish drywall. There is nothing that can describe the way the mud is finished it's like it drags.
