Is using a 6 inch cover on a 4 inch roller frame safe?

Yes, the situation is secure. There will be no harm done to you. However, because the handle from the roller frame is not in the center of the roller cover, it will be difficult to use. I suppose you could shorten the 6" roller cover to 4" in length. It would be much simpler to simply purchase a 6" roller frame.

Which roller cover will work best with this frame? I tried two different 4 inch wooster covers, but neither of them fit! Isn't that a pain?

I believe I purchased the Wooster painter's choice covers, but it's been a long time.

This roller frame has a higher quality and a heavier weight. Furthermore, their claims about the ease with which roller covers can be removed are completely accurate. I let my mother use it first and showed her how to remove the roller cover, which she did on the first try with ease. Cleaning the frame, according to my mother, was also a breeze. There was no scrubbing or scraping required to remove the paint. I will continue to buy these roller frames in the future.

For these smaller rollers, I had only used low-cost rollers previously. I'm just a regular white collar guy who got so frustrated trying to apply finish to concrete counter tops with those cheap, crappy big box rollers that I tossed them out and ordered this instead. I'm sorry, but I couldn't help myself. It was such a simpler, better, and more pleasurable experience. I also have a solid roller. The ball did indeed roll! Unlike the cheap ones, which usually don't and paint/epoxy gets smeared all over them. This is one of those lessons where you get exactly what you pay for. If you want the best tool for the job, this is a must-have.

This is the most effective roller frame available

There is no need to look any further because this is the one to get. It's well balanced, and removing the roller cover is a breeze. If you want to get rid of the cover, simply bang it against the side of the garbage can, and it will pop right off. You will never have to touch the soggy roller cover again.

Because rollers for this brush are impossible to come by because it is small and thick, try something else!.

Cut in and trim work, as well as molding work, is a breeze with this tool. With this design, you'll never have to worry about walking roller covers. It's easy to clean, and I just put a drop or two of mineral oil in the bearings every now and then, and they last.
