With an oil-based paint, I painted approximately 25 linear feet of crown molding. a paint with a base When I was finished, I slammed the roller frame's metal arm against the edge of a trash can (which is how I always remove used roller covers). The cage's thin plastic cracked, allowing the roller frame to freely move back and forth along its rotational axis. The product was rendered useless as a result of this. In comparison to other Wooster painting products I've used, I'm disappointed in the quality.
I'm not a professional artist by any stretch of the imagination. Simply put, I'm a painter who enjoys spending time in front of the canvas. This is an excellent frame without a doubt. It rolls a lot better than the low-cost ones. You can also add an extension handle to give it more reach. Which I like a lot.
There isn't much to say other than they did an excellent job finishing with a Wooster roller.
There's a reason it's so low in price. It's made in a low-cost manner. Unless you're a gentle person, it's a one-time use product.
