Mine, on the other hand, does not. This is a high-quality roller, far superior to what you'll find in the big box stores. This product is fantastic, and I've used it to paint the entire interior of my house. I hope this information is useful.
There isn't a bended handle on it.
No, this is a professional-grade roller, far superior to what you'll find at the local hardware store.
It is determined by the texture of your wall. The roller nap thickens as the texture gets heavier. I use 3/8 or 1/2 inch nap for my standard flat drywall finish. The 1/2 can hold a little more paint than the other half.

The paint roller has a high-end appearance and feel to it.
. Its design provides adequate support for the roller covering while also preventing slippage. These are the most serious issues with almost all low-cost four-metal-wire designs. The wet roller cover lacks sufficient contact support to keep its shape. As a result, it can't roll as smoothly as it used to. Another issue is that the roller cover has a tendency to slip while in use. The four wires are unable to hold it in place due to insufficient tension.
. br>These issues are no longer an issue thanks to the plastic design. It is also light in weight as a result of this. An extension pole can be attached to a comfortable threaded curved handle to reach high areas and the ceiling.
I'm surprised no one else has voiced their dissatisfaction with this. The grip feature grips the roller so tightly that I couldn't get it off. I never use water to clean rollers because I don't want to pollute it. It was impossible for me to remove a roller with paint because I believe it is better to just discard. Even putting it on, let alone taking it off, was a nightmare. And with a standard grip, I've never had a roller 'Walk off. ' I bought it for the ergonomics, which I liked, but the useless grip feature needs to be reworked because a roller shouldn't be so difficult to add or remove.
This product does exactly what it says it will do on its own. I used this product to paint the interior of an entire house over the last month; the nap stayed put, though it was a little difficult to remove, and the handle was extremely comfortable. The handle shape greatly reduces wrist discomfort after painting so many walls. br>My problem with this product is that when using an extension pole (I used the Wooster brand), the ergonomic handle works against you because it has an angle that the pole does not, causing the roller to come unscrewed from the pole frequently. It also made painting the ceiling a little more difficult because when using an extension pole, you have to approach it from an unusual angle. br>Bottom line: Excellent product when used alone; however, the handle's angle is inconvenient when using an extension pole.
For the past seven years, I've had one of these roller frames. We often paint side by side now that my daughter is assisting me in painting the house room by room; we FIGHT over who gets to use this roller frame! It outperforms a straight handle in terms of ergonomics. The slight curve makes rolling for several hours much more comfortable, and the end caps prevent paint from leaking inside the roller cage. It is spotless and immaculate, and peace will reign supreme- We've both got one now!.
To me, it appears to be a bit gimmicky, but to each their own. Although I find the handle to be comfortable, I do not find a traditional handle to be so. What I don't like is having to turn the roller frame "backwards" to get close to the adjacent wall when approaching a right-hand corner. I found it awkward to use a pole in the above scenario, especially in such a small space.
It's going to be a long fight. The roller holder is adequate. The handle isn't too bad. Because I have no idea what sheerness is, I gave it a 3 out of 5. It does, however, hold the roller in place so tightly that it cannot be removed without the use of channel locks. That tight of a roller is unnecessary. I would not buy another one for the price. I'd just go to the store and buy the cheapest kind.
I had one of these break (because I didn't wash the paint out thoroughly enough and it got stuck inside the roller holder), but they are well made, so I bought two more. I like how the handle is easy to hold and has a slight bend for comfort. It also makes applying pressure to the roller easier, which is beneficial when painting walls and ceilings. Shur- I also like line's extension pole, which can be adjusted with a single button. Painting is such a time-consuming task that having something like this on hand seems to make it go more smoothly.
Very sturdy frame; I've been painting on it for over a month and it's still going strong. For painting, I prefer the handle angle. The only issue is removing the paint roller, which is a bit difficult but preferable to slipping off. I would buy this product again.
