We are excited to have you with us! In spite of the fact that this will project a cross line on your ceiling, it will stop self-leveling, so we cannot guarantee that the line will be accurate. Thanks for reaching out to us!
The skill website would be a good place to begin.
Hammerhead is just as good as a Bosch laser, which I have never heard of. Compared to the gl30, except that it's
As long as it lasts that long. I've used it continuously for 8 hours without needing to charge it. There was still power left in the battery,

The pros are The room was nice and bright, and the lighting was perfect. While doing a tile installation on a bathtub wall, I had a problem. The cons are There were a couple things that were unsatisfactory for me. First of all, it is not easy to shut off the thing unless you pick it up, flip the switch sideways, It causes problems when I want to turn it off and come back to work because the levelness has to be re-set. My life would be so much easier if I could just press the top button to turn it on and off. As well, it seems like the top button is being turned on while I travel to the job site, draining the battery to the point of no return. I came up with the idea of charging it while I work so I wouldn't lose the charge later on.
In terms of durability and accuracy, the unit is good, but ease of use is lacking. There's no way you can get this item to the level of functionality you need it to have. The thing is that you will have to walk around the room and find something at the correct height to attach it to or place it on to make it There is a need for a wall mount for this unit. Furthermore, the line brightness in doors is only average at best, and the line dissipates greatly after about six feet, which is a far cry from the advertised brightness. In my opinion it is not a bad unit, and considering the price it is worth it, but if you plan to use the display for something more than a few short pictures I recommend a more substantial solution.
The cons are Using just one slide, you can lock the pendulum and shut off the power at the same time. A separate button for power options would have been preferred and would have worked better for pendulum locks. The pros are While the accuracy may not be perfect, it is very My guess is that there is 16" between 30' and 33'. We tend to use tripods for our lasers a lot because of their simplicity and durability (despite the fact that we mostly use them for holding). This light is bright enough for indoor/outdoor use (with a little squinting required) and is bright enough for use indoors and outdoors. I would highly recommend this.
The product cannot only exceed my expectations, but it must go above and beyond. The unit is worth the price of gold, in my opinion. My friends and family tell me that it's the best thing since sliced bread every time I see it. It's fair to say I have never used anything like a laser level before, so I can't compare it to anything. Furthermore, I am sure that there are other units that are 5x or more the price of this thing that do better. In spite of that, this thing meets my every need. In my case, the price is almost in line with what I paid for it at the end of 2019. I would suspect that many others must feel the same way (so demand will be high). In summary, if you are going to hang more than one picture on it, then buy this. A tripod that I use with it is the best setup I have ever found.
For reference, this photo shows the line with the unit about 20ft away. The sun was out bright and clear when she went away.
There was a fraying in the case strap. Perhaps you should look somewhere else. Even at 20 ft, the line is already fuzzy and measures about 1/4" wide, so I do not think it is stable at 40 ft. Hanging pictures in an apartment, the line is bouncing all over the place when I try to shift my weight, let alone when the neighbor upstairs is walking around. There is no damping, so it's incredibly sensitive, and the lock is incredibly stiff and difficult to operate. That may be more a reflection of how terrible the floors are here, but it also means there is absolutely no damping, so the laser is very sensitive. It looks like that won't be covered under the warranty. As part of the carrying case, one strap was badly frayed. The picture shows how to do it. Although I know that is not a reason to increase my spending, I think I could have bought a better item for the same amount. I guess this will get the job done and allow me to hang a few pictures in the meantime. While it's not precise enough for me, I definitely won't use it for anything else.
As of the time that I arranged the pictures for the hallway gallery, the auto leveling cross pattern is an order of magnitude better than traditional levels. Lasers don't leave pencil marks or level scuffs on the wall like pencils do. It mounted well on a door stop because of the rubber padding. The pouch provides a convenient way to protect the device when not in use. Not a thing to complain about. This is a great recommendation!.
I would need to hang the art about 15 feet up and I will not be able to do this with the tripod. I found it to be a great solution for hanging shelves and window treatments.
You can use it as a little laser level to hang items, check their level, etc. It comes with a little clip gadget, so you can attach it to something. A standard tripod can also be used to mount the level. It's a pretty bright day When the daylight was strong, I might have been able to hang curtains across a 20' room. The best I can say is that there is little more you could ask for.
