It is not possible for me to say more. It does its job well, and I'll give a brief review of it.

Pros There is a long beam of light. I think 60-65 years old This crossline can be used outdoors (using red glasses, but it works!)
Has a tripod.
The Hard Case is a better option than most (most crosslines have fabric wraps. I'm not convinced)
The Head can be spun freely and has degrees on the mount.
The Red glasses help a lot Bright light reflects a lot of light, which is cons In addition, the tripod is extremely lightweight and can be moved merely by adjusting the beam
It is also quite short (4'8" from center of crosshair to height of tripod head), so it may need to be placed on a platform further away from project. It is not a concern, however, to reach a wide beam range. The product overall is a great value for the price ($89 at time of purchase), my only gripe is that the overall weight is so light,, that touching it to adjust the device could cause the tripod to move, this could be a real issue if planning to tile.

Make sure everything is setup correctly before fastening. This applies to all of your measurement or layout tools. My occupation is a professional contractor in the home improvement field. With this laser, I will be able to accomplish a lot of great things. Nothing I recommend is lightly endorsed by me. The high-end instruments are usually the only ones that are chosen. My expectations have been exceeded by the cross line laser level.

Amazon apologized for the error and corrected it right away! Yesterday, I received this and found it to be quite useful. It is an excellent laser level for the money that a homeowner can afford. As part of my home remodeling project, I need to set tile in my house It is of more than enough level to carry out a project by yourself. Choosing heavy duty is a good idea if you are a contractor. A ruggedized version of this piece of gear is not available. There is no standard mount for the tripod and some have complained that it is too short and has an incompatible thread. I chose the tripod because it is short, but it is exactly what I need. I am putting tile in an enclosure for the shower/tub. While the laser head is on a tripod, the horizontal line is about 15" off the ground on the low end and just over 4 feet on the high end when the laser head is on the tripod. I could get the laser almost as close as I needed to lay the 6x6 tile. I need it for a height that is ideal for me. These laser levels will fit on other tripods made by Johnson, and the company makes a 5/8-inch tripod as well 14 to 1/2 The camera comes with a 20 adaptor so that you can use it with a standard There is a Johnson brand tripod with a height of up to 10 feet, and the adaptor is about $13.
