To get a straight line, the Pythagorean theorem, two tape measures, and a chalk line are your best tools. This laser cannot give you a 90 degree angle. An angle is. I am concerned. Since 1986, Jeremy Werlin has built custom homes.
When it can, it uses it. As a result, I was able to line up the holes for electric to pass through and had to keep them level and lined up before putting in wall studs
The glasses help some with seeing on jobsites where the sun is directly on the area, but still depends on the environment. On some jobsites, it can be difficult to see, even with the sun glasses. However, it works just fine other than that. I used this on some machine room floors during the day, and I was able to see the plumb dot with no problem from about 30 feet
My sincere thanks go out to you for the There are three versions of the GPL 3 A plumb and level point projection is used. The Bosch 2- will replace the one that I had previously PLB2 (General Parametric Line 2? on which I dropped a 2X12. Despite the fact that the old unit survived and was still functional, the base broke off and usage was somewhat Even so, this one is just as useful as the old one. In order to create a level self-supporting structure, you'll need to get it pretty close to level This tripod made getting the leveling feature to work a lot easier. However, I still had a problem getting the leveling feature to work. My use of this tool extends beyond just checking plumb to assisting with layouts, such as those around windows. Over a drywall ceiling, there are light fixtures. In order to locate hidden fixtures I mark the floor exactly under the center of the fixture before hanging drywall, and then after the drywall is up, I set the plumb to this mark on the floor to identify the hidden fixture. There's no doubt that it's worth a try.
I would advise you to avoid them Buying a DeWalt is a waste of money. I was given one as a gift and the plumb was way off after ten uses. After it was stolen, I got a new one, along with a new DeWalt, and guess what happened? As it turned out, the DeWalt was perfect while the Bosch was garbage out of After warranty, the first Bosch has been returned to Amazon, the second Bosch has gone back to Bosch. There is a lock on the DeWalt but it doesn't need to be locked to move it, in fact the DeWalt doesn't even have one. It is unlikely that the Bosch will survive UPS. They are new and locked, so I am not sure when they can survive delivery. I would advise you to avoid them.
The painter's tape worked really well to transfer a track lighting layout from the floor, where I had laid out the track, to the ceiling, where I had marked the joists. The support mounts for the curved track crossed the joists exactly at the point where I mounted the hangers. It probably would have gotten 5 stars if there had not been a slight stickiness of the pendulum mechanism, but with a little tap I was able to get it to be.
My poor momma jamma was thinking I was putting up crown moulding when I bought her. Would it have been overkill to make sure the moulding followed a straight line? Perhaps. Nonetheless, it wouldn't be worth it to embark on any home improvement project if you didn't What a sweet tool this is. The resource will surely be of use to me in the future.
This was an existing product and I was happy to be able to purchase it at a low price. Thanks to the seller that sold it at that.
This item has been on my wish list for a long time. My expectation was that quality would be there, but I didn't think I would be able to get it for such a great.
Based on the description, it should work fine. Following the installation of hardwood flooring, I used it to locate holes in the floor for new balusters. Many useful things I will use it for in the future come to mind.
Good to see you wet. You can turn it on/off automatically It is off by default. It's nice and clean, bright and has a This is an extremely repeatable process. It is comparable to other brands. Bosch is the best!.
