It was very high quality for the price. I always wanted a single light like this one and I was lucky to find one listed as open at a reduced price. The fixture was intact when it arrived and I opened it. I didn't have to assemble it like similar fixtures did. 2 porch lights on our porch are over 14 years old. I replaced them with Westinghouse lights. I found this project to be one of the easiest I've done. The lights were made of corn led bulbs and light plates! This is an economic upgrade of the highest order! Consider what it would cost you to hire an electrician! Replaced a couple of porch lights with this and it went up like a breeze. However, even though the glass seemed fragile and thin, it arrived undamaged and with good packaging. I loved the quality of the hardware that was used to mount the device. Metal won't hold up well to the elements beyond a year, but if you put some tape on the metal and spray paint it to whatever color you like you could fix that before it becomes a problem.
