Absolutely fantastic and durable! I'm not sure what these are made of, but they held up during our party despite the fact that it rained nonstop

They have the texture of tissue paper, but they are extremely durable. We left them up for three months to see if they'd fall apart, but they didn't, so we took them down and packed them away! Truly incredible and well worth the investment!.
