Amazon should be notified. It is necessary to have a light bulb.
The chain has a shorter length. I chose the shorter one because I don't have very high ceilings and I didn't want a long chain hanging from the ceiling. It's just my personal taste. I hope this information was useful.
The set consists of two pieces. 1 light dimmer Extender for one family. There are two of them in the set.

This set of ceiling fan pulls is adorable, but it didn't last long: I was about to turn on the light on the ceiling fan when the little bulb fell out of the chain (see photo). I understand that it is a low-cost item, but I believe it should last more than a few days. Next time, I'll go with something more durable.
" I was ALWAYS pulling the wrong chain on the ceiling fan in our bedroom. (Would you like to turn off the lights? Oh no . The fan has been turned up to eleven. Do you want to change the speed of the fan? Eek . You're now completely blind. ) They're of far higher quality than I had anticipated. They're quite heavy, in fact. They're heavy-duty pull chains that add a splash of color to the room. (You'll notice them when you see them. ) Most of the time, who gives a ceiling fan pull chain a second thought? ) As a bonus, my infant daughter enjoys staring at them while I change her diaper or put on her pajamas. When I tap them to make the chains swing, they become instantly enthralled, which makes my job easier!.
Was it as a child that I was thrown on my head? br>br>Why can't I remember which of the ceiling fan's chains is which? If you're anything like me, you've done this a few times: br>br> br>br>You reach for the light switch and switch on the ceiling fan. The fan was something you did not want. Perhaps it's due to the weather. Perhaps you're holding a neatly stacked feather collection. Perhaps all you needed was a little more light. br>br>So you pull the same cord to turn off the fan once more. Let's see, there are various speeds, so is it the third pull that's off? Is this the fourth attempt? br>br>However, the blades' efficient ball bearings allow them to spin so freely that your coffee will become cold before it comes to a halt. So pull the chain a few times before reaching up and simply slowing the spin with your hand to confirm it's off with a fwap fwap. br>br>I say no more! I've mastered the art of turning on the light and will not return to the dark ages. br>br>Perhaps I was hit in the head as a kid, but these are a no-brainer. I'm not yanking your chain for no reason. Pro trip: br>br> To better offset the handles or raise the height of both, snip a little (or a lot) length from one (or both) of the original chains.
In fact, the lightbulb was attached/glued at an angle, which is distracting, especially since it is the longest chain and the first thing you notice as you walk past the ceiling fan. Please note that the photo does not adequately convey how badly the bulb is glued at an angle, rather than straight down as it should be. I'd like to repair it myself, but I'm afraid that removing the glass will cause it to shatter. It would be nice if you could pay a little more attention to the small stuff ( (I gave you five stars).
We recently purchased a fifth wheel with a loft. Without the use of a step stool, it was impossible to reach the ceiling fan/light. The issue has been resolved. They don't appear to be long enough in the package, but they have plenty of length once installed. It's ideal to have a fan at the end of the pulley. There is a light in one of the rooms. There's no need to make assumptions.
These are super adorable! Much bigger than I expected, but that's not a bad thing! My only minor quibble (and the reason for the four-star rating) is that the chain that comes with the pulls is extremely short; I needed to lengthen the chains that were already attached to my daughter's ceiling fan, and while these pulls helped a little, I still needed to add more chain to achieve the desired length. The pulls, on the other hand, are very nice and I would recommend them. It's a lot easier to tell which pull controls the fan and which controls the light now.
The way the pieces are molded onto the chain, I don't think they'd last very long. We planned to return them, but to save time and effort, I simply cut the chain and combined it with the old pull handles we already had. If you want something that will last, don't buy this.
I hadn't noticed the connector on my chains until I climbed onto a stepstool to see if I could figure out how to put this new chain together. On one chain, the connector is about 2 inches below the light, and on the other chain, it is 5 inches below the light. It was simple to remove the old and replace it with the new. Then I began to ponder. I reconnected the old chain, climbed down from the stepstool, grabbed scissors, and snipped the old chain between two of the beads much lower down. Then I connected the new chain to the lowest bead, and I no longer need to use a stepstool to reach the chains. This is a huge improvement, and it was incredibly simple. This is fantastic, and I'm returning to purchase another set- This time, the fan above the bed will help you see which chain you need to pull in the dark. I'll probably lower that one a few inches as well.
