It was difficult for one of the receivers to be programmed to the remote after I bought the 2 pack. I emailed customer service and they tried a few steps but I couldn't get it to work. It only took 2 days for a new remote and receiver to appear in the mail! I am very pleased with the customer service and the product works.

For the remotes, there are no batteries included. receiver wires are extremely thin and have very fragile copper cores stranded together. There are no directions included in the box that are as comprehensive as those for the item on the Amazon I have not had any problems with the units.
