It was made of a felt-like substance with little strength, so it could be easily torn apart
5/5

Then I cut open a Mr. I was curious enough to sacrifice one of the new filters to compare it with a Mr. The felt-like substance I found between the outer fabric and the filter was a surprise when I cut it open. It was made of a felt-like substance with little strength, so it could be easily torn apart. In the next step, I cut open a Mr. Coffee filter and noticed that it had very small granules of charcoal in between the layers. As a result of being skeptical that I had purchased a faulty filter, I investigated the KJFiltration website and found out more about their Aerolace Activated Carbon Media. This stuff is real. A cup of coffee was brewed and I was unable to detect any odor or taste of chlorine. You've got it!.

The taste of coffee has always been an issue for me
5/5

The taste of coffee has always been an issue for me. Whatever the source of water I use, the type of coffee maker, or any other factor will not affect my results. In any case, I bought the Mr. Coffee coffee pot and have been using these filters since then, and my coffee is delicious. Coffee I can make myself is preferable to coffee I can buy from others. At my new home, I use well water and my coffee still tastes great even though I use water from my tap. The month would slip into two if I didn't swap out the filter, but as soon as I did, the difference was amazing. Make sure you change them as needed so they continue to work properly. They last about a month, so make sure you change it as needed. The price for a pack of these, however, is the same as what it costs to buy one.

Buying this was a great decision
5/5

The order was received 1 day after it was placed. to be the same as the original coffee filters that came with Mr. Coffee makers. After testing the filter in my coffee pot with a fresh pot of coffee, I found the following The flavor is exactly the A local grocery store (kroger) charges almost $6 for a single filter whereas Bed Bath and Beyond charges $6 for 2 filters, so this is by far a better deal for the same product. These 12 charcoal water filters will last me a full year with my Mr. Coffee coffee pot!.

I loved these filters as they were a cheaper alternative to the Mr

Coffee brand. My 'Mr. Coffee' frame comes in both styles - one with a screw on lid, one without There are 2 types of discs the newer ones that slot into 3 "legs" on the underside and the older ones that use a spinner To hold the disc in place and form a more realistic-looking appearance, a retaining ring is given A disc has less of a sealed chamber surrounding it. My review worked correctly for both. I did not see a hint of overflow as some other reviewers have indicated. I'd say that on the contrary, the flow seemed better from these discs than from the Mr. Coffee brand, and this with a brand-new unit that touts "faster brewing time. " (Yes, it is noticeably faster than my old one) . The pump initiated pulsing of the water, and each pulse passed through the filter before the next one began. In the company of Mr. Coffee As with any brand disk, there was always some water left in the puddle on top of the filter after it was brewed. *Finally, I did not notice any difference between the two brands of discs regarding strength or taste of the coffee.

I am pleased with my new coffee pot replacement water filters. They arrived on time and fit The following update is posted as of As originally intended, the filters were to be replaced every 30 days. I noticed the coffee started to taste odd after about 14 days at first I was not sure what to think, then I removed the filter and the problem was solved! The water in my pot is now filled directly from my refrigerator's water dispenser, since I no longer use these replacement filters.

Do you have instructions on how to use It's all right
3/5

Let me start out by saying that I am not my cup of tea to criticize a smaller company with a customer-focused approach. It's not uncommon for me to root for small teams. In any case, using coffee filters shouldn't require special instructions that if not followed precisely result in your morning coffee tasting like "Chemical mint", no, that's not the name of a rock band. We have two machines, one at home and the other at the office. My wife used one at home, and I used the other at work. After ordering these, they arrived, and they were all used. In the same way one would rinse any OTHER filter with warm water before using it for the first time, we did the same. In a matter of an hour, I was calling my wife and asking where the hell she bought our creamer, as the creamer As I described my coffee, she replied that it tasted like I just brushed my teeth with an awful mint toothpaste. She was totally surprised and said hers tasted just like my coffee. After that, we threw out both creamers and hoped that was the end of the matter. No, the taste remained the same the next morning. We knew the filter change was the only thing that had changed. Her first thought was to look inside the bag they came in to see if there was anything that would explain their disappearance. After looking at the OUTSIDE of the clear bag she noticed that detailed instructions were printed. Can I use coffee filters for coffee? I know there will be some of you who read this and say, "Well, you just need to read the instructions, dummy. " understand that, but should someone who bought a #2 pencil believe that it will need to be read the instructions on it in order for it to work? It makes sense that if you sell coffee filters that HAVE to come with instructions, they might be inside the bag on a separate paper, rather than almost invisible on the outside of a clear bag, wouldn't it? It's for whatever insane reason that these filters require you to soak them in warm water for 15 minutes before you can use them. After that, you have to rinse them thoroughly again before you can use them. It's either this or that. Wouldn't it be nice to know what chemicals they are using to make these out of in order to do THAT or have your coffee taste like the chemical used to scrub toilets with a minty aftertaste? Whatever it is, it's insane. Quite powerful, I must say! I am sure that if asked, the owners might say it's because these are special filters made out of some new material. It may be made from fiber handwoven by 40 virgins in a commune in Nepal, but come on! In other words, what is the deal with Does iFilters work? It's not necessary to further complicate our lives by using coffee filters with special instructions, is it? Someone there may read this and either place a complex order or let me know what they think If the instructions with them are missed or if what they change is in God's name, then it really is all up to them. A.
It's a true wish that they will be successful.
