These filters snapped right in place and were a perfect replacement for my annual filter change. They may seem a little pricey, BUT that's because they are self-contained, rather than replace the core only. going in that I would pay less up front than what I would pay later, when I bought the entire unit.
The installation process could not be easier. If you are changing the filter to document orientation or routing, take a picture of your setup before you start. It was very simple to install. The instructions are included for you to follow.
This water tastes great. My life changed drastically when I bought this system. Previously, I required soda, juice, or some kind of fruit drink all the time. It tastes so good that I keep a big bottle with me at work and wherever else I go. There is only one water for me! As long as the production kept up, it was not a problem to delay changing the filters for two years. I purchased the replacement filters that are compatible with the system in place when it was time for them to be replaced. Although these filters are costly, drinking unclean water is not something I wish to do, therefore I am willing to pay for them.
I consider it to be one of the best water filtration systems. Over the last five years, I have used it every day. Water quality is better than anything I've ever tried from bottled water, and it works much better than either a RO or a natural system. I had to install the fridge by crawling through the cabinets. The filters don't stay in place, so you need duck tape to keep them in place.
The usage meter has been installed so that maintenance does not waste money and resources.

My original review has been updated! After extensive research, I learned that the white/cloudy water is caused by the pressure at the reservoir which is why the bubbles appear white. After three weeks, the filters do not appear to be able to filter all the particles, although they are easy to install. This appears to be white/cloudy water, I hope these are just air bubbles and not other particles or, worst of all, methane!.
