The old way of doing things. It may not be a full 360 degrees, but it is certainly more than a quarter turn.

It's getting a little too close. The faucet appears to be of good quality, most likely made of brass, and the included components are well-fitting. Tighten the inlet hoses with a plumber's wrench and back on the plastic nuts provided to seat the faucet carefully. When closed, the handles turn about a quarter turn and do not drip. My only issue is that when I attach a hose to the faucet, it unscrews along with the hose when I remove it. If you want to use a hose in addition to the faucet, I would definitely recommend using a thread locking compound to lock the threads of the faucet to the piece that adapts to the hose, which I read in another person's post. For a more detailed explanation, watch the video.
The faucet was installed to replace an identical model that was leaking at the base when the hose was connected. br>br>My hose was leaking at the hose connection the first time I used it. It was better after I tightened it, but it still leaked. When I was finished, I removed the hose and noticed that the faucet had an adapter, which had unscrewed itself from the faucet and is now permanently stuck in my hose. br>br>I tried for over an hour to get rid of it, but there was nothing to grab onto. There's a sliver of a piece stuck inside. This would not have happened if the adapter had been installed properly at the factory. They could have used locktite or done a better job of securing the item. My high-priced hose is now ruined. br>I'm let down.
This was exactly what I was looking for in a simple, low-cost replacement faucet for our laundry room tub. Solid documentation, easy to install, and appears to be well-maintained. For the money, it was well-made.
There was nothing at Home Depot, and a similar-priced faucet at Lowe's was made of plastic and appeared to be cheap. This one appears to be a much better value because it is brass and very solid.
On my laundry sink, I had previously installed a faucet set that had caused me nothing but problems after a few years. This Kingston Brass set is well-made and sturdy. I have bath sets in my stalled master bath vanity that are still in good working order after eight years. This high-quality set is preferable to the cheap plastic junk that sells for around the same price.
These far exceed my expectations for a relatively low-cost laundry tub faucet. I only needed something for a workshop sink, and I'm surprised and pleased with the quality, especially for the price, and the ability to connect a hose is a nice bonus.
It's built to last. The 1/4-turn levers are my favorite. If needed, you can easily turn it on and off using your elbow. It's simple for my daughter to use when she's cleaning her paint brushes, and I don't have to double-check that the water is completely turned off after she's finished (the old faucet had full rotating knobs that you had to crank down to shut off).
Because this will be used outside in the hot Florida sun, it is made entirely of metal. pvc fittings (not included) are simple to connect to.
