Despite the good product, it has some shortcomings

After I first installed this product, I liked it, however there is a plastic on the tip that if you lose (like I did) the pump is essentially useless since the latex collapses and water isn't able to flow through. The design could have been better, but I lost the tip, so it would have worked great until then. I'll have to switch to another one now!.

The little pump is great

We're very pleased with the performance of this pump. A 5 gallon tank can be pumped for more than two weeks without running out of water. Two people can use one garrafon at the same time. Having bought a spare, I gave it to a friend. His feelings are the same as yours. The only negative is it can be wobbly at times when sitting on the bottle, but otherwise it is fine.

Definitely worth the time

The 3 gallon bottles work great. The water is mostly used when we just want to go away and need to get to our trailer. The battery held charge for a long period of time and was well worth the price. The product is great. I'll buy it.

I am very satisfied with it. It is much easier to pour water this way. Although it hasn't been tested for durability, so far it seems to be a good product. If I were able, I would give this product 10 or more stars.
