Questions & Answers

Any ideas why it leaks from the nozzle or how to fix it? Every time the water is turned on, the sprayer nozzle leaks. ?

It happened to mine as well! That was all it needed, the sprayer head was all you needed. Since its replacement, the water sprays out when it is turned on when it comes apart at the seam!

The sprayer needs to be removed, but how do you do it?

You may have to disassemble the bottom of the hose to get it to screw on here, but if it does not, you may have to disassemble this one. From the hose, you will need to remove the base. Remove the metal pin or clip that is attached to the base's inside center by removing the little metal button. To retain the new base, use the clip/pin supplied with it, and attach the hose to it. The following is a Before you screw the new sprayer to the base, you should wrap Teflon tape around the threads. You will be able to determine whether a sprayer is leaky or dry if you do this.

Can you tell me how big the threaded head is and if there is a diverter in it?

That piece of crap is a total waste. It is not worth the money. Despite being cheap and durable, it only lasted for a month, then it

Any ideas why it leaks from the nozzle or how to fix it? Every time the water is turned on, the sprayer nozzle leaks. ?

The diverter on your kitchen faucet does not appear to be Sometimes it can be a hassle to replace them, depending on what brand/model they are. It may be a better idea to replace the faucet in some cases.

Reviewing with a 1 star is not something I like to do
3/5

My own tendency is to distrust them because people get angry or vindictive when they have a problem with a product. But in this case, I think a single star is appropriate. Because the brushed nickel coating is so thin, it is almost just paint, some of which had already chipped off by the time installation was complete, despite the fact that no tools were used during installation. I later found that it fell off the sprayer after about 3 weeks of very light usage, and I can't find a way to fix it. Rather than cutting my losses and buying a poor quality sprayer, it makes more sense for me to buy a better quality one. This experience has taught me a lesson.

A leak occurs with both the original and the replacement equipment upon installation
3/5

The quality of the product is poor. The item started leaking right away, not from the part you connect it to but from the head that was installed on it. It was returned for a replacement and the replacement does the exact same thing and leaks from the same spot. Leaking occurs as a result of a manufacturing defect since it occurs from a component that is not required by the consumer to connect. Apparently, there is a problem with a seal or a ring inside. I purchased a lot of different brands from the local hardware store and they worked well. There will be no more purchases of this brand from me, first and last.

It's easy to install 3 months after purchase, the item broke
3/5

I had this sprayer replaced a few days ago and it was working fine until then - I couldn't believe it was out of date! The product is now 3 months old and a couple of weeks old. A bar on the sprayer that you press to engage the water flow stuck in the on position, and then when I pressed it again to stop the water flow, it broke off the sprayer and fell to the ground! As a general rule, you get what you pay for, but this was far from satisfying. The only reason I gave it a 5 star rating was because it was easy to install. This is not a good choice unless you're looking for a quick, cheap, temporary spray head until you can afford a better quality one.

All cancers and birth defects are included at no extra cost
3/5

The product just arrived. But now I have three problems

3) It comes with a retainer clip to secure the hose into the nut to hold Despite my best efforts, I was unable to attach the C is basically what it is This object, which is shaped like a tube, should fit into a groove in the spray gun's end. I couldn't open the opening wide enough to snap it into the groove because it is so narrow. You have a very difficult time working with it. Screwdriver and needle worked well, but a screwdriver is better A variety of nose pliers were tried, but without success. To fix this problem, I ended up using the old clip from the sprayer I replaced - it had a larger It leaks.

2) It is backed up with a solid structure. Does it have anything to do with I hope so! There are a number of issues, but the #1 one I saw a small label in the sprayer package with a small font that stated the following 1) After I installed the sprayer, I saw a tiny label PERIOD OF WARNING A chemical in this product has been found to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm by the State of California. It's great that you said that, I appreciate it. I would really like a kitchen sink installation! This is even for sale?!?!?!?!? Why is it even for sale at all? Please do not purchase this product.

Fixing this problem is easy
5/5

Initially, I was planning on replacing the entire kitchen sink taps and hand spray unit when the old spray head decided to give up the ghost. Then my brother in law suggested I check Amazon to see if they sell As it turned out, they were there. When choosing a sink connection, be careful to use the correct one. It may not be worth the effort to replace the tube (hose) if it is working, no kinks or leaks, as replacing it could be a major plumbing task, depending on how difficult it would be to access the underside of your sink. In this way, you only have to remove the old spray head and replace it with a that I have my needle jets back, I can scrub the cutting boards and blast away the food off the pots and pans before they are washed properly. A life of ease is something I'm all for.

A cheap price
3/5

My first reaction upon opening this item was to know it would not last, it is so cheaply made. In the top top edge of the metal piece-where the water is sprayed-is rigid plastic chrome that meets the actual plastic spray piece. A smooth surface should be achieved, but you can see that the cheap manufacturing process and cheap material combined create an indistinct surface. After hooking this up for the first time, I noticed that it leaked from top. There is no wrong way to connect it. It is likely that the hose connection would have leaked as a result of a poor hookup job. A defective piece of this handle is present. We should not be surprised, given that the manufacturing process and materials are so cheap. You are definitely not going to last that long, assuming you get one that is not already leaking when you get it. Money is precious. Don't waste it.

A junk product sold by a junk seller
3/5

One of these was damaged by frozen water when I ordered it a few years ago. The last time I ordered from Amazon was over a After I installed the product, it would continue spraying water even after I turned it planning to return the item ( I had authorization to do so ), but after closer inspection, I noticed one of the hinge tabs inside was broken. I figured maybe my kids broke it while trying to install it Since it was a faulty product (you know kids), I didn't return and ate the cost. My order for another "new" one has been placed.

In the new one, parts were missing. It was fortunate for me that I bought two junk products from this seller and made one that worked. Don't know whether it was ignorance or incompetence on his part. It appears that both products are new in their packaging. Are people ordering the parts they need and returning the product when they are finished? Nevertheless, that means the seller is selling used goods as new if that's the case. Please do not waste your time and money with this seller and product. Instead of spending a few extra dollars on a substandard product, spend a few more dollars to get a better one. Otherwise, order two and hope there is enough to go around.
