Elkay sent me a set of side bumpers after contacting me directly. All the side bumpers were falling off and going into the trash, so I had to take them off. Those do not need to be present for the sink grate to work.

For my Mirado HA100 Hand Made kitchen sink, I have searched everywhere for a sink grid, but I have only found the Elkay EBG2815 Stainless Steel Bottom Grid that matches it These are the measurements of the HA100 sink Length outside of the body The Inside Length of the Jacket is 32". The Outside Width of the Cabinet is 30". The inside width of this cabinet is 19 inches. The diameter of the bowl is 17" and the bowl depth is 9". This is 10". I was very pleased when the sink grid arrived two days after I ordered it. When I immediately installed it in the sink, it fit perfectly! Despite its heavy metal construction, the steel grid is very sturdy, and its rubber legs support it In contrast, the rubber bumpers on the sides of the device are easily removed. There is a need for Elkay to improve the quality of these bumpers as they are not durable and can easily come off easily, causing you to not want to turn on your garbage disposer until you have secured all four thoroughly! Since I have been using the sink grid for several days now, I am very pleased with how the dishes are elevated above the sink bottom, allowing water to easily move everything to.
The sink looks great with this thing in it. It makes a huge difference in keeping the sink clean. I am sure it will last longer than my sink, and probably longer than me. A sturdy and secure base is provided by the legs. have gladly given it five stars, but like almost everyone else who reviewed it, I had a problem with the little black side bumpers falling off and, since they are small and black, going down the disposal without being noticed. Since their other products seem to be of high quality and attractive, I cannot imagine why they have yet to fix this problem. problem is that the bumpers are nothing more than pieces of slit rubber tubing pushed on to the rods. Those drain covers are not stiff enough to stay in place with routine use, and they cause the drain to be ten times noisier. It appears that there is a need for a better material or design. Parts for Elkay products should be listed on the company's website as replacements at a minimum. I would prefer that you fix the problem and send us all new ones!.
Additionally, the black rubber guards that go over the edges of the sink so that they don't scratch the sides have already fallen In theory, they should have been glued to the metal rack so that they would stay in place, but I've already lost one down the garbage disposal, and a couple have fallen off so many times that I have now taken them off. I like the practicality of it, the size is right. The side of this drain has small rubber stops to keep it from scratching the side of the sink, but they fall off very Having said all of this, I removed them. This product does a great job, and a side advantage that I did not anticipate is that the pots drain better when you raise them. However, it is an additional thing to clean, and I may need to buy it again, although it is well made and I don't anticipate I will need to buy it.
It was my habit to buy sink protectors for under $10 at Walmart. Upon receiving my new sink, I found it to be oversized and needed a custom size. This came with a significant cost. In spite of the price tag, however, I have to say that this Elkay Stainless Steel Bottom Grid is well worth the purchase price! It is made of heavy-gauge stainless steel and I believe it will last for years! Excellent service. I recently lost a side bumper on the grid, and I was very pleased with the service I received from Elkay. A new set of bumpers is being sent to me free of I was pleasantly surprised with the item quality and the service I received. I couldn't have asked for more.
Together with the Elkay sink it was designed for, it keeps dirty water from draining down the drain as well as dishes from sticking to the bottom of the sink. We only have one complaint, that the rubber edge guards are made of too soft rubber or plastic, so they slip off easily. It is small, but it is.
The only problem is my husband has to order this item, and I do like it, but the rubber bumpers often fall off when I clean it. The rubber comes off easily and can end up in the drain so make sure the strainer is in while cleaning.
