As most of mine went down the drain, I've asked more than once. They don't respond to customers. The customer service at this company is poor.

Only 4 months have passed. A couple of months ago I purchased this item in order to lay it in the bottom of my stainless steel kitchen sink. Unfortunately it is not holding up even after being in the sink for four months. In an effort to prevent the sink sides from getting damaged, there are twelve little rubber bumpers on the outside. That's the way it is. The garbage disposal has already chewed up several mice before they could make it to the compost pile. The first one is so stretched out it cannot be recovered and used again. I should have had more confidence after spending so much money on this item.
I like how it looks like it was specially designed for my sink (or maybe they made it that way). Soon after receiving the grid, we lost one of the black bumpers to a garbage disposal, and those parts are not sold separately (I believe they In order to ensure that the rest of them remain intact, we will need to be more careful.
Serves both to protect our new Elkay stainless sink from scratches as well as to serve as an integrated drain board Platform for drainage and drying of sinks. You should measure carefully at the bottom of the sink to make sure that you do not buy large items.
Had to return it because I ordered the wrong size, but it was a beautiful, heavy duty, quality item.

Quite probably, they will block It is poorly made and I would not recommend it. Are there any rubber guard replacements I can purchase?.
I was able to fit it into my apron sink perfectly. As the packaging was shabby, I was a little skeptical at first. It looked as if someone opened it and taped it again, a very poor quality. Thanks to the fact the box was packed inside another box, the magazine would not.
Be sure to measure correctly and you will be pleasantly surprised at how well this will fit For a comfortable fit, I recommend that it has nonresistant scratch rubber on the bottom and the sides.
