I never thought I'd say this, but this toilet seat is exceptional. Because the engineering design is simple, it is less likely to fail. However, the seat comes with a two-year warranty, which is one year longer than the industry standard, and the design makes it very easy to remove the seat for cleaning the yucky part at the back of the toilet bowl rim. The aesthetic design is appealing and will blend in with any bathroom decor without standing out. The materials are of high quality. There's nothing shaky about this. We don't sit on the lid, but it could support a lot of weight if someone wanted to. It performs flawlessly in terms of functionality. Both the seat and the lid are slowly and quietly lowered. It is very simple to set up. The washers and wing nuts were already installed. assembled on the bolt to ensure that everything is in its proper place. (Thank you, Bath Royale. ) It took me about 20 minutes to install the seat, which, based on my track record, means you'll be done in 10 minutes. It will take 15 minutes. I'm going to order two more for our other two bathrooms after I finish writing this review. I hope you found this information useful.

I got this yesterday and put it in last night. I'm glad I spent the extra money because the material has such a high quality feel to it and is extremely comfortable. It took me less than ten minutes to complete the installation. The material is also stain resistant, which was a major selling point for me. I really like the seat and the lid with the "Slow Close" feature. There will be no more accidental lid slamming! (In a paragraph about a toilet seat, I used the word "Love. ") I've changed with the times) lol: )br>(As well as ladies. ) You can easily do this by yourself; as a woman, I was initially intimidated, but the instructions are very clear and simple!.

While installing, I ran into a problem (the attachment points wouldn't line up), but I persevered. It doesn't seem right to return a toilet seat you attempted to install, regardless of the problem (yuck). I was unpleasantly surprised by the outcome after a half hour of hard work (after all the screws were in). It's not a pleasant experience! It hurts like skin pull when you adjust your toilet seat position. It also has a tendency to lean to one side, which I've never seen before. The price is far too high for the quality of the product; do not purchase!.

I'm a big guy, big enough to play football. I just broke the lid off a new toilet seat cover while reaching for a spider while standing on it. br>br>Before deciding on this toilet seat/cover, I spent an hour on Amazon looking for one. br>br>Over the last few months, I've remodeled all of my bathrooms - Shower stalls, tubs, tile, sinks, faucets, light fixtures, and tower racks are just a few examples. as well as restrooms I understand that the toilet seat and covers that come with new toilets are of poor quality (a. "toy" toilet seats/covers) detract from the overall quality of the bathroom. I should have replaced the toilet seat/cover for quality reasons before doing so for safety reasons. The new toilet seat/cover is fantastic. br>br> It matches the toilet, installs quickly, is well-made, and is simple to clean. br>br>The only drawback is that I now want to replace all of the other bathrooms' "toy" toilet seats and covers.

However, consider the following: I've never seen instructions for a product like this that are so well-written, clear, and friendly. Even the most clumsy of people can learn something new. This seat is simple to put together for fingered. The instructions are extremely thorough, covering everything that could possibly be confusing or cause a problem. I've been writing instructions like these for 50 years as a technical writer, and whoever wrote them is a true pro.

This is my second seat from them in the last two years, and I've been very happy with both. They are made of high-quality materials and are extremely long-lasting. The Bath Royale seats have a great easy release feature that allows quick removal for easy cleaning, which is great because I'm a big guy and all other seats I've purchased just don't last. The seats do not move and stay in place as well. To ensure that the seat is properly aligned, take your time and read the instructions before beginning installation. I was one of the first to be able to purchase their new MasterSuite seat, so I wanted to wait a few months before writing this review to make sure it held up as well as the other seat I bought, and it has not disappointed me in the least. I like it so much that I'm going to get a second one for our other bathroom. Although their seat is a little more expensive than others on the market, it will be the last one you'll ever need! I can't say enough good things about this seat, as well as the company and their customer service.

This is a fantastic toilet seat. It's everything they said it would be, and then some. The installation time was less than 5 minutes. I kept track of the time. It's a breeze to lift it off and slide it back on. It will be a breeze to keep it clean. Even if you're a neat freak, I despise all the yucky nooks and crannies on other people's seats. This seat has no nooks or crannies. This toilet seat was the perfect fit for my aqua source toilet. a perfect match Before I made a purchase, I read the reviews. Someone had mentioned that they were in love. I fully comprehend your situation. I have to laugh because the toilet seat cost almost as much as the seat. It is, however, well worth the price. I bought two of them to replace the seats in both bathrooms. This is a product that I strongly recommend.

The movie fails to live up to the hype.   The toilet seat is connected to the toilet by a simple two-piece connection. system of point posts Despite the tightening and over-stretching, When the seat is tightened, it still wobbles from side to side and up and down. This isn't because of the tight connection I installed, as the video demonstrates. We're replacing a Bemis that has excellent hardware (though the slow close stopped working after 5 years) and no wobble. This isn't even close to living up to the hype.
