Thank you for your inquiry. Depending on the model, our seat can be connected to various bidet attachment brands. If it doesn't work out, you can return it to Amazon within 30 days of purchase.
It's exactly 18 inches in my house. I installed 2021 toilets, which did not close properly when the bidet was installed. I purchased these seats, which are extremely comfortable and fit perfectly.
Our LUXE Comfort Fit Toilet Seats are featured in this listing. You can choose between Elongated and Round variations, which are located under the price on the listing.
Ours gradually closes, but not on its own. It must be started by hand and completed on its own. If it doesn't, it's faulty.

Now I understand why the seat isn't mentioned in the ad. I'm going to throw this away. br>br>However, it is shortly after Christmas, and the seat is available at a significant discount. Boughtbr>br> It's a lot nicer than my old American Standard seat. br>Sturdy, soft-closing, and no wet clothes when using the bidet. I have 200 pounds and can sit on the lid. Under the lid, my grandson's trash will not be crushed. Pants are no longer damp. br>Overall, I'm pleased with this purchase; it appears to be of good quality and should last a long time.
One of the most serious problems is that there is space behind the adjustable attachment mechanism and cap where moisture "stuff" can collect. If you want no gaps, a closed system where urine and dust won't collect, and hard-to-reach spaces, this isn't the best design. The gap is inconvenient because the back bumpers do not touch the toilet seat rim. I thought this was supposed to solve both of those problems; installation was simple, and I don't believe any errors were made - This appears to be an oversight on the part of the designer.
I needed this to install the LuxeBidet on my throne, so I had to buy it. Over the bidet mount, the original seat would not close properly. If you follow the detailed instructions, it should be simple to install. All of the components are simple to adjust, and the only tool needed is a screwdriver. It was simple to adjust the fit, and I like how the seat slips onto the mounts, making it simple to remove if needed. The bidet was a gift, and it was simple to install, but it helps if you've done some minor plumbing hose and faucet work before, even if it's just to know how to disconnect and reconnect water lines. The instructions are clear, and all of the fittings have built-in tighteners as well as plastic wrenches. The product is fantastic in and of itself.
When I first got the bidget neo 120, it worked great but when I lowered it, it would hit the bottom of my old seat. Knowing that the bidget might break over time made me feel uneasy. I ordered this Luxe seat as soon as I saw it, hoping that it would solve my problem. It does! In addition, the seat is absolutely fantastic. The packaging was excellent, as were the instructions, which were simple to follow and arrived super quickly thanks to Prime. I took some time to carefully read the instructions, then took about four hours to complete the task. It took me about 5 minutes to put everything together. I'm very pleased with how this turned out, and because I didn't know if the seat would fit, I just ordered the round one without taking any measurements. The ability to close slowly is an excellent feature. I believe there is one thing missing from the instructions that should be included - I'm not sure how far I should push the seat on the bearing in the final step. I kept pushing until I think I reached the end, but the final position leaves a gap, and I'm not sure if that's how it should be or if I need to push harder. It would be helpful if a picture of the final end position could be included in the instructions. I uploaded a photo that looks similar to the first. Aside from that, it's a fantastic-looking and-working product.
I bought it to fix a problem I was having with my Neo 120 from the same company. It was advertised as almost certainly solving my problems; however, it did not do so; it was a little difficult to install, and it left me with an extra perfectly good original toilet seat; however, most importantly: it did not solve my problems. It didn't make the bidet problems go away! So now I only have the bidet and the toilet seat to return. br>br>Just keep in mind that there are a significant number of toilets (I'm looking at you, Toto owners) for which this toilet seat will not work, and the bidet may not work at all. I'd like to point out a feature called tornado flush; the bowl is too shallow, and the bidet will never work; I wasted days on this project; they're nice enough people, and I'm happy for those who get it to work.
For two reasons, I purchased this toilet seat: I didn't want to buy adapters for my current toilet set configuration because I was buying a Luxe bidet, and my current toilet seat was in need of replacement. Both situations were handled by this seat. br>br>I'm impressed with how well this seat works with the Luxe bidet, as there are no large gaps between the seat and the toilet rim like I've seen with other bidet/seat combinations in the past; the two blend perfectly together, which is understandable given that it was designed specifically for this purpose. br>Once installed, the seat is fairly sturdy and does not move around. Having said that, the quality of the material feels a little cheap for the price I'm paying for a toilet seat. On a heavier seat, the slow close feature appears to have been designed for and is more welcome. Unfortunately, the lightness of this seat makes it feel more like a hindrance than a benefit. The mechanism activates far too early, and will even activate when the seat is raised. I would have preferred if it triggered much later based on the current weight, or if the seat was much heavier. Alternatively, simply get rid of it. br>It appears that cleaning the back of the seat, where the plates are (where the seat connects), will be difficult. Fortunately, the seat detaches easily enough for access.
The LUXE bidet Neo 320 installed in a Toto toilet with Tornado Flush design does not fit perfectly in this seat. The reason for this is that the opening of the seat plate is smaller than the opening of the bidet plate, so the bidet cannot reach far enough for the nozzles to fully open (they hit the toilet before they can fully extend). The bidet needed to be installed a little further forward so that the nozzles could open, but the seat's plate is too short to allow the bidet to be moved further forward. BR>BR>ALTERNATIVE: BR>BR>ALTERNATIVE: BR>ALTERNATIVE: BR>ALTERNATIVE If you use the bidet plate instead of the seat plate, it will work but will leave an opening that will collect dirt; whether or not you are okay with that is up to you. br>br>At first, I had a bad customer service experience, where I was simply told that this doesn't work for me and that I should leave. There was not a single attempt to make it work, provide alternatives, or at the very least, request that I return for a refund. Someone else later wrote and provided excellent customer service (in response to a complaint).
