I am at ease here. My favorite part of this toilet is two pieces. This seat closes softly, is easy to clean, and is easy to assemble. As long as I can afford more of them, I will only buy TOTO from now on. I received the call in advance from the shipping company to let me know the arrival time. Good experience and great chair!.
