Second, I dislike it when the handle is in the "off cold" position when it is facing away from the basin and was very close to the water. While washing my hands, I had a problem when the handle was in my way when I was half open in the cold position. There is a little bit of a picky thing about this. It is a nice faucet, however. In the case of hot and cold water, I have to get them It was relatively easy to install the faucet, but when you turn the handles to "Hot", the water temperature changes from cold to room temperature. I don't like it at all. Spending all that money and waiting excitedly for the faucets, now I have only three faucets that can only provide water that is cold to room temperature.

The program has been installed for about 10 months now. I found the installation process to be straightforward. This bronze faucet was purchased because my last bronze faucet was discolored and I couldn't restore it. I thought I would invest the extra money in a Moen brand one instead since it was a cheap faucet. But I also have the same problem, where the base finish wears off and won't I was really disappointed that it didn't even last a year, because I thought Moen would be worth the extra money.

Although it is a nice faucet and has all the features we were looking for, the back drain pull up was unexpected. There is a 45 degree angle in which it sticks out, and if you have a thick backsplash like granite, you might not have enough clearance. To fit the faucet, we had to change it out and get one from Pfister which did not have a drain pullup.

A replacement faucet was shipped from Amazon and I had it installed and it is perfect. One thing you need to know about this faucet is if you have a thick backsplash like I do you can't mount The manual push button stop drain had to be picked up at Menards for an additional $30. For that, one star was taken off. Besides its very beautiful design, it has a smooth and elegant handle that makes it easy to change the temperature and dispense water. I received my replacement in two days thanks to Amazon customer service and my installer didn't charge me extra for the second visit.

When I was ready to install the faucet, I laid out all the parts to make sure they were all present and correct. I discovered that the mounting nut shown in the instructions or on the installation video was not the part used to tighten the upper portion of the faucet against the sink. Installing the faucet looks easy, and other than that, it is nice and functional. It looks like I'll have to return the faucet if the odd part doesn't work. What a bummer. In addition, I have a backsplash above The popup drain knob does not appear to be effective at clearing the obstruction. There was no mention in the description of clearance requirements for that. A new update It has been agreed that the part is incorrect and Moen will be responsible for arranging for a correct one to be shipped.

You're so good at This item was so enticing to me that I purchased it twice. After I converted our bathtub to use a single handle mixing valve, I bought this matching faucet for both of our bathrooms. The setup was a snap, even for someone like me who isn't a plumber. It was impossible for me to connect the drain plug to the sink in one bathroom because it was so deep and tall. I rarely used the sink anyway, so I decided to give up on the drain. My bathroom on the main floor had a little pulley/lever that I was able to use to connect a drain plug. Make sure you have plumbers putty on hand and are prepared to scrub the sink down under your old faucet if you are replacing it. Brushing your bathroom with a bristle brush and using comet or liquid bathroom cleaner can help, but you may have trouble pulling out your old drain plug and old faucets are either yucky or grimy depending on their age. A bucket and towel can be placed under the table so any water will be collected.
