The faucet was of high quality for the price I paid, and it was extremely easy to install since the instructions are really not necessary, if you just know how to remove your old faucet. Because of the 40+ years of corrosion that had been left for us when we moved in, we basically had to use a jackhammer to remove our old air conditioner. As luck would have it, we did not need to purchase any extra parts, everything fit perfectly where our old hardware used to be!
