The best products are beautiful and of high quality
3/5

Read on to find out how to install! The faucet on the bathroom vanity is of excellent quality. You did a great job installing the faucet. The tailpiece of the drain should be handled with caution. With the two drain pieces assembled tightly, it was ready to use. One piece seems to be all that is needed. It is best to send them separately, or to apply locktite pipe sealant Our drain continued to leak after it was installed, and we had a hard time finding where it was coming from. As far as we could tell, there was a visible machining flaw that we believed to be the problem. First of all, no instructions came with the The leak was stopped by using plumber's putty and silicone, but it did not work. As a result, we presumed it was a problem with the piece itself. In order to get a new drain piece, we were about to go to HD. A second identical faucet was ordered and this time the two segments were loosened and it turned out there were actually two parts that needed pipe tape or locktite sealant to connect the two and keep leaks out.

This supply line design is terrible
3/5

The supply lines are a real problem, and they leak as well. The supply pipe from the valve to the faucet handle consists of a 3/8 pipe coming from the valve with an m10x1 (or whatever that is) at its other end. The rubber o-rings on this end help keep the rubber in place There are ring. A female threaded connection is sweated to the copper line from the manufacturer and then connected to the copper line under the faucet handle. Copper connections are under each handle in two pairs. The fact that these copper connections were out of the box made me want to immediately return the faucet. This manufacturer lacks the skill to sweat copper correctly and consistently, as he consistently fails to do this. I did not think this was a good plan when we decided to install them. The copper connections leaked right at the joints where I was concerned, which was not a good idea. As a result, I have to spend time fixing these broken.

A 2 week period followed by a completely rusted interior
3/5

It is a beautiful faucet that I ordered because I like its look. It took some time for the water pressure to decrease after initial installation so that it almost amounted to It was time to replace the supply lines, so I took everything apart. After the full water pressure lasted 2 seconds, nothing happened. My aerator had completely rusted, so I removed it, revealing the rusted interior of the faucet. Using the same supply lines, connected a different faucet and it works just fine.

This accident resulted in over $15,000 worth of damage! The first time I've written a review was with a product that I purchased through Amazon
4/5

Even though I've bought numerous items through Amazon, this was my first time doing so. In our home, we remodeled the bar area and for the first couple of months, the faucet worked as it should have. Over the Fourth of July weekend, we went out of town and upon our return, we noticed water was dripping from the ceiling directly below the bathroom in which The plumbing company traced the leaking water to the internal parts of the faucet, so we turned the water supply off and called a plumber. After that, a restoration company came out and found that water had seeped under the hardwood floors in the bar area as well as through the carpeting in the next room. As you can see from the images below, we must remove nearly all the material that was installed during the remodel to mitigate water damage, and now our problem is going to turn into a $15,000+ project. All this material was just installed In a follow up message on 7/6/2021, I contacted the company who sold me this faucet, and they offered to send me a new one. They responded to my response on 7/19/2021, but I did not receive a reply, and on 7/23/2021 I sent a second message, but have yet to hear back. There may be other options I could pursue, but I believed it necessary to let other customers know that #1, I have little to no faith in their products, and #2, if you do have a problem it may be hard to get someone to follow up. The purpose of this post is to prevent someone else from experiencing the same problems we have.

A customer review of the product
5/5

There is a May 2021 deadline. Based on my observations of this product, I would say Installing the valve was fairly straightforward, but I did have some issues with leaks near the valve body where the supply lines entered. As a result, these supply lines were almost impossible to tighten, and I had to remove the assembly to permit them to be tightened. It was so useful to have a tool to tighten the clamp nut. This is the case in my case, as I ordered the oil rubbed bronze model. It is a really dark and hard to see color. Unfortunately, I was disappointed here

Overall, the quality was good and the value was good.

It is beautiful
3/5

Then and now It's a great feature, but much like the other reviews on this page, I too have problems with leaking after it is installed. In the beginning, water will be sucked from the faucet itself, and later As a result, I cannot say that it is ready to install It would be helpful for the sellers if people could review their reviews and see if they had the same issues.

It has lots of flaws and a poor design
5/5

In order to avoid leaving water spots on the faucet, we wipe the faucet every time after we wash our hands. Although the design itself is flawed, it is not the fault of the design. As soon as water has sat in the faucet, it will slowly seep out behind a little screen. The black paint came off my hands after I used a soft cloth to get rid of the water spots! It is copper underneath that is exposed. Copper doesn't mix well with water, as everyone knows. We definitely need to take care of this. It will surely rust. This is going back to the sender. A total of 3 were purchased. Our plumber installed several fixtures for us at a cost of $200. I am so upset I can't sleep. In order to install another set, they will need to come back and remove the old ones.
