Please read the following information PRIOR TO BUYING The whole feedback is available to read I think this is a fantastic product
5/5

However, please read this first. Before you make a purchase, take a look at this document. Let me start off by saying that these faucets are awesome. Despite my proximity to the company, I am not affiliated with it in any way. As a DIY enthusiast, I tend to do quite a bit of work myself. I was very impressed with the quality of these faucets and how easy they are to install! It comes with everything you need! I hope you will keep reading! Apparently, there is a problem with the mixing valve, as perceived by feedback. However, this is not always the case. With these faucets, the water lines connect to the shutoff valve at the end of your water shutoff valve. The ends also have a rubber gasket and small filter attached. A bit overzealous If you tighten the rubber, it distorts and obstructs the flow of water. What is the way I know it? My experience was the same as yours! At first I thought I had a problem with my mixing valve. It is a very basic valve so there is almost no way they can cause a problem. I took the mixing valve apart and found it to be just fine. As soon as I checked the supply line hookup, I discovered the rubber gasket was blocking the line due to my overtightening. Fortunately, I was able to reset the gaskets. After re-connecting and tightening the gaskets, there were no leaks and great water flow was achieved!.

You might not be able to maintain it
3/5

Installing it was a simple process. A little over a month ago, I purchased 2 of the bronze ones. They both had holes on the side of the "waterfall," but the hole has been repaired and no further problems have occurred. It is however starting to leak from under where you turn on the faucet on the second one from that order. This is a nice product that can be installed easily. Now that I am out of time to return or exchange, this product isn't recommended. There are two faucets that leak now, and I can't do an exchange or return.

Pay what you want, and you will get what you want
3/5

In a nutshell, A good purchase seems to be the product in question. You will not be able to turn it on until you install it. Water from the faucet is not flowing properly due to a broken cold water regulator. If you place the handle adjacent to the warm water stream, the water quickly turns hot because there is not enough cold water on the surface to cool it. We don't have the hot water set to the hottest temperature, either, and this is only the second believed it was just a faulty one we got. So we ordered another. As much as I hate this one, I hate this one you'll save yourself the headache of.

I'm not happy
3/5

It's nice that the faucet looks nice too. Cheap is not my cup of tea There is a drain on the ass. It seems odd that someone would engineer something that does not match the standard drain size (diameter) and not include instructions on how to make an adapter or assembly of the drain? As for the tightening ring, it is cheap and fragile.

The finish had to be altered due to hard water stains
3/5

They're a nice set of faucets, but one isn't for me. You may use them with hard water but they will stain badly, and they will There is even a softener in the water, but they still You shouldn't use calcium removers such as lime away since it messes with the finish and the stains will return. To overcome this problem, I removed the oil rubbed bronze finish from the vessel at the place where the water flows with sandpaper. As for the stoppers, I also ordered ceramic ones because I am not using the ones that came with them. While it took a lot of work, I would not buy them again based on my experience, but at least they worked in the end. Because I use them in my Airbnb, I don't want to see them.

A leak has been occurring since the day the installation took place
3/5

This unit was installed in a new house and leaks at the top of the supply lines. We received the supply line fittings in loose form from the factory. However, it still leaked even after I tightened them. Trying to replace the O-rings as well Supply lines leaked again due to faulty rings. I bought four similar fixtures for vanity sinks as well all of them had loose supply lines and leaked. You should not waste any time or money on them.

A non-profit organization An example of a standard fitting is a pipe
3/5

It was like the worst purchase I have ever This would be perfect for my son's bathroom, but the size of the fitting does not match ours. Three eighths of an inch or five quarters of an inch is standard. I guess it is a metric system that is My son liked the look of the product, but it was difficult to find adapter fittings to make it work. I was unable to return it. Buying this product is a mistake.
