I like this unit very much. Since the instructions did not detail how to connect the smaller wire, it was a little tricky to wire, but in the end this is a great steamer. The two units I've bought so far are for my business as a general contractor. I find that it has a lot of power and steam and Purchasing a third steamer would not be a problem for me if I have another project.

The thing is a BEAST. I haven't had it long enough to comment on longevity, but it certainly looks like it. As for the company itself, it is great. It arrived broken and despite the fact that the warranty was expired, they were kind enough to replace it for free. A stunning unit. I'm in love with it. This is such a luxurious experience.

Installed this product and it was great until the Water Scale Inhibitor failed and filled my basement with water. A comply sales rep is just trying to sell me a new one at a reduced price and with a reduced shipping expense. The damage, which is in the thousands of dollars, was never mined. Before I left for vacation, someone told me it was my responsibility to turn off the water valve. In response, I responded that there was nowhere in the manual that stated this needed to be done.
