Is the wiring connection a single phase or a two-phase connection?

No. 1 must be run. If you have a 6 wire 2 phase / 220 line, you can either install a sub panel or a 2 pole 50 amp GFCI breaker. This is how code works.

The plumbing fittings, which cost $250, are not included

The unit is fantastic in and of itself. However, don't count on the seller to provide any kind of customer service. I did not receive the $250 worth of plumbing fittings, and they have made no attempt to rectify the situation or update the item description so that it is no longer misleading.

So far, this Steamer has performed admirably. It's simple to set up and generates a lot of steam in a short amount of time. Through the steam, the changing color light appears to be very cool. The dual controllers make it simple to preheat and adjust the temperature while in use. There's a lot of silence here. Basically, if it's a steam unit, I'm not sure what else you could ask for.
