It is recommended to use a professional to install this product drilling into the threshold is necessary

There are no other parts included with the purchase aside from the glass panels and door handles.

Do you include the base with this kit?

The shower base is not included in this kit. There are 2036360 bases on which to install this base. It is important that you know the base is 36" wide and the kit is 34". It will be seamless when these are combined. It is my pleasure to hear that DreamLine is on your radar.

My business does kitchen and bath renovations, and usually I refer my clients to a glass guy, but in this case we had a quick turnaround for a house I like the glass, but the hinges on the stationary panel don't hold up as It took several times of tightening for it to hold until it was so tight I thought the glass would In addition, I believe the door seal on the handle side stationary panel is too stiff plastic and makes it impossible to close the door with the panel in place. They are a good value to me based on my experience using them. The only changes I made were a few small ones to the storyline and I gave it a 5 An asterisk. Don't forget to measure carefully and take your time! **By the way Choosing the tile was done by the owners.

However, no instructions are provided. I am very pleased with the finished product, the installation was smooth overall. It offers very little adjustment to the door hinges, but they feel substantial and are quite substantial. As the installation instructions give too much visual clues (a graphic is shown but no specific parts are referred to), they are pretty disappointing. So all in all, I'd buy it again although the instructions are kind of putting me on the fence between 4 and 5 stars.

When I contacted customer support, I discovered the instructions I had were out of date, and they emailed me new ones. Although the instructions themselves were murky, even the new ones were a little confusing. Thanks to the excellent service from customer support, I was able to get my questions answered.
