It is not known if the wrench was too soft or if the pipe metal was too hard. My only option was to tighten them using the shower head as a wrench. A feeling of not being secure is not a good one. In the end, we got things working, but it took some careful steps.

After purchasing the house, I had to replace my shower arm, which I didn't know where it came from but was already in the house when I bought it. I couldn't install anything on it without using a massive quantity The thread was no longer matching anything for some reason. The shower head no longer leaks after I installed it after I bought it. It isn't a complex item, but it is of good quality. In order to replace the cheap ones I had installed when I bought the apartment, I bought two new ones. There was no problem dealing with the wall plate since the threading was perfect and the rubber seal made dealing with it painless. You won't need to buy anything for this set, since it comes with plumber's tape. very nice feature was the small flat areas on the sides that were ideal for nesting a wrench and tightening it. The product is of high quality.

$75 was the price of that item! Amazon was the first place I went and instead I found this. With Prime, it came within a few days and the quality was exactly the same as with the "high end" brand. I couldn't tell the difference in color and weight, but they both looked exactly the same. This is a great purchase. I'm so happy I made it. It has been installed and is working perfectly so far.

My shower head reaches a couple extra inches on the wall with this product. I did not use it for a ceiling mount, but for a wall mount to allow a couple extra inches of A Teflon tape was included with the chrome, so I knew it would be scratch resistant.

Rain showers mounted on a ceiling are great for this. I like the way the flange holds the pipe, and it matches the chrome on the Grohe faucet well. I wasn't expecting to get pipe tape with the purchase, but it was.

This flange is thick and has thick rubber seals that help it stay in place. The threads are clean, deburred, and all the edges are deburred. At the price you pay, this is an excellent purchase!.
