All standard shower heads will fit the Square Brass Ceiling Mount Shower Arm. However, it does not come with a matching flange.

The 3/4" IPS connection to the shower source is female, and the 1/4" IPS connection is male.

Is there an escutcheon with it?

On the small plate you see in the picture, there is a small hole. This is all I have to say.
