Questions & Answers

Are you using the oscillate feature for its own sake, or is it just a bell and ?

Once again, let me just mention that one of the SmartBidet's great features is oscillation. You can use it every single time you use the SmartBidet and even for those extreme situations from time to time. You can find the answer to your question here. Here is the meat of the matter. Does it matter if it is only needed in extreme situations?

If you don't need it for anything else, leave it for guests to use or if you want to blow your nose. In addition to this, my first bidet was put in shortly after I suffered a serious accident (broken ribs and shoulder). It proved to be I have put a second one in my shop and I will never go back to TP.

The t valve nut with which the small hose is connected is required. What is that? Can I buy it?

There are a lot of major home improvement/hardware stores where you can purchase that. A piece of Teflon tape could not solve the problem. There are four types of taxes Five dollars for a valve I bought at Home Depot. I had a leak issue with my 99, which was of better quality.

It is essential to connect the bidet to a cold water source
5/5

In order for the water to stay warm, this bidet also requires an electrical outlet, which must be kept plugged in at all times. We would be happy to answer any questions you might have! I am grateful for your help.

During the comparison process, all the numbers were compared
5/5

*5- Choosing this option was the right move. The year is A final update*. You do not need to search and compare endlessly. Getting started, I'd like to tell you that I've been researching bidet seats for a long time. When building a house, I decided to delay spending on luxury items until after the house was completed and that's what I did. I am trying to break it down as much as possible since I know this is a big investment for many of you. Whenever you retrofit something like an existing toilet, there is always some compromise, so I will start with the good and then speak about the bad, if it can be referred to as that at all. Furthermore, I'll look at the difference between this brand and Here are some pros Human nature simply dictates that we follow the traditions passed down from generation to generation. Most of us are raised knowing how to use a toilet and using tissue afterward. Because that is the way everyone does it, we accept it as good enough. One of the pros is that this product really does work. Cleans a lot, I mean a lot. You may lightly tap your fingers on the keyboard There is nothing. As well as a sense of satisfaction at being so much cleaner than before, there is a sense of pride. When I switched from a regular toothbrush to a Sonicare years ago, it was also like this for me. Prior to saying anything about the cons, let me just say that the pros outweigh them by a wide margin. There are two cons to this In most cases, retrofitting something is accompanied by some compromise. My beautiful Toto toilet lost some of its beauty with this huge and bulky seat installed. Even though you'd notice it going in, once it was in place, you wouldn't. If I had to rate the pro vs. con, I would give a score of 10 to the pro and 3 to Thus, yes, I am completely willing to give away the clean lines of my toilet to have this utility that I don't want to live without anymore. In order to better understand this purchase, let's discuss features, price, as well as how I chose this specific When you're anything like me, you will read a thousand reviews and compare again and again until you are convinced you have found the Exactly that is what I did and all I thought I was getting was a Brondell Swash This was an excellent choice over Toto in terms of value and reviews. During my research about SmartBidet, I came across features I was looking for at the time I was ready to purchase. This is what we came up with As I did not want to spend upwards of $500 on something that was likely to fail within a few years, I set a price limit of $300 or less. I read a lot of reviews before I decided to purchase this model because it seemed to provide the same functionality as other models costing more money. The reviews seemed to support my opinion too. It's been about 48 hours since I installed it, but I've put it through its paces, and I would give up my Sonicare toothbrush before I gave up on this. The operation is While I didn't want this seat to have more features than I actually needed, less is still better than more. A heated seat or even heated water was not necessary for me. The weather in Southern California is unpredictable, so only time will tell if either of these features are useful to me. These functions might be revisited during the few cold months we have here in LA. Most of the time I prefer the remote version to the versions with the controls on the side of the seat, because it is more attractive and cleaner. Another reviewer also pointed out that the dryer function works very well, but you're stirring around a lot of air particles, which you might not want to do. There is still a need for toilet paper and a light tap. One of the best features I like is the Nozzle Position and the Oscillate features. I learned about the + and - on my second use, after I had initially purchased the product WOW means function and WOW means If the top pressure is high enough, graffiti might lift off brick walls. The joke wasn't that strong but there was a chuckle in the air, It is a great option to be able to vary pressure. Please refer to the following ******* /Year Update *******
So, even after five years, the PC still runs like a charm. As well, I only had to change the batteries in the remote once in all this time. Finally, here is a tip if you're considering getting
Just press the Energy Saver button on the remote so that (2) red LEDs are There is one power button and another Energy Saver button. The mode stays in this, you only need to check if both LEDs are lit up every now and then. In addition to that, the water starts to heat up once you sit and takes just a few minutes. Most of the time, you'll need that time to take care of your business anyway. Getting real, it might also warm the toilet seat, but let's not kid ourselves. Plastic is used, and it's made from polyethylene. Regardless of how cold it might be inside your home, a plastic chair warms up with your body in about five seconds or less. Having said that, five years later I love this thing as much as ever. I wish you the best of luck when cleaning your hinds.

Buying it won't disappoint you
3/5

Just buy it if you are on the fence. It is &xgt Update I moved to a new house two and a half years ago (and took the bidet with me) and it still works great. Every time I go #2, I still use it. After installing, uninstalling, moving, and reinstalling as many times as possible, there was not a single issue. While I was unpacking after the move, I really missed it and did not have time to install it again. There's nothing better than a pooper that's squeaky clean. Please note I recently spent a week in Seoul, South Korea. Please see the original review for the final word. I had a bathroom with a bidet in my hotel room. The advantage of being a born-again It may not have even crossed my mind, but the "flush" button was on a panel along with several other buttons, so I had to pay attention to it, if only to double check the direction of the flush button. In the end, I settled on looking at the other buttons on the bidet panel since I had nothing else to read. To sum it up, I had the cleanest bum I have ever had during the last half of my week in Korea. Upon arriving at home (in Texas), I immediately set out to find The one in my hotel room in Korea was very fancy, so I was happy to find one with all the same features in this one. The product came one day late (day 3 of a 2 day delivery), but I don't think the shipping issue affects the quality of the product. I had to replace the entire valve behind the toilet and remove the old seat with bolt cutters (which I happened to have on hand). It was harder than I had hoped, however, since the house I live in was built in the 80s and has the same toilets and plumbing. Again, the "install" of the new stuff is much simpler than the "uninstall" of the old stuff, so it isn't really related to the product. As well as installing the outlet, I had to install a power strip. Because I am handy and there was a receptacle right where I wanted it, it wasn't too difficult.
I hooked it up and plugged it in in no time at all. Nothing to leak, nothing to foul, nothing to mistake. This took me a little over one hour. so, I came over with a friend, and I was a bit embarrassed to try it out with him standing there, so I waited until he left before trying it out. As soon as I got some privacy, I performed the required startup procedures (see the instructions) that took about three minutes This is the time when the website is available). My hands will never get wet or I will not have to carry pitchers of water around or carry funnels. It is now time for the truth to be revealed. The moment you step into that room is a completely different experience from anything you can possibly imagine. It would be better to start out with the normal backwash instead of the turbo. For your first time with the water, I suggest you set the temperature to low or medium. I will press the button now. I will soon tell you. I will soon tell you. That's so awesome. This is amazing. Wait a minute. Oh, I see. I'm not sure. Uh oh. That's all fine. It's all good. Yes, I agree. I like it. . Yes, I agree. There is nothing wrong with this if I get used to it. It was so much easier to use the bidet for the first few days that I would even squat to pee. Now that I know that bidets are for both men and women, I can appreciate them more. As I have mentioned in other reviews, let me repeat it here as well. You should wash your bungs in this manner to keep your bungs clean An opening. The only way I could turn back to the old wipe-and-check method is if I really wanted to. You might go camping or to the pre-camping festival Despite the heritage behind public restrooms, I see the bidet as an integral part of my personal hygiene in the same way as brushing my teeth. For your information In the beginning, the water spattered a bit on my junk the first couple times I used it. Apparently, that has stopped once it has been broken in for a while. My point is, I don't consider myself a Neanderthal. I consider myself a manly man, but not a neanderthal. Regardless of how much I scrub my cookies, I no longer see any need to do it Try covering the pieces of tape with a piece of paper, but you might need to dab a little bit on the surface It may be a good idea to dry the fabric before using a dryer to speed up the drying It isn't necessary to get a softball-sized wad and hope it goes down. You can spare one square for that. The difference could be as much as 90%. As far as the "turbo" setting is concerned, you may want to keep your finger on the "stop" button until you get a feel for There is no need to use it if you have delicate skin. Apples can probably be peeled with just a little help from it. It may have something to do with the water pressure in your house. It is worth noting that all of the wash functions can be adjusted for water pressure. In any case, if you're worried that the system will not be powerful enough to manage Once this is done, you can rest assured that, unless you are eating lead paint, it will definitely give you the spit-up Unlike people think, the dryer works much better than expected, but do not expect it to work as You are likely to be there for some time without a dab of TP or rubber gloves. The air is probably comparable to the air from a hair dryer on the lowest setting. That's not bad, but don't expect the pressure that comes from a tire shop air compressor. It is working as expected with the oscillate feature. So far the motor works as expected, but there will be wear-and-tear on the motor. The sprayer arm simply jiggles in and out about 1/4 inch each time. You will not be able to turn it from side to side, so make sure that your stance before you sit down is centered. In spite of this, if you are a little off, it can be quite simple to put it back on target by moving around. As with the nozzle, the remote can also be used to adjust the landing position (only forward and back, not side to side), so you can usually fine-tune the landing with some Regardless of how I aimed my remote control, it worked for me across the room, straight up or down, in line with the detector, in the opposite direction, or wherever I pointed it. Please keep in mind that my toilet is in a separate small room, which is just large enough for my toilet and my saloon for passengers - To save space, I drilled two holes into the toilet bowl, just next to the toilet paper holder, and mounted the remote holder there. I do not even need to remove it from A claim of 3 minutes is made on the site. The water is ready, at least for me, after about 45 seconds on medium heat. That means even if I switched it on as I was getting up, the water would have been ready long before I was. Once you sit down on your heated seat, you will notice it heating up within less than 10 seconds of turning it on. Someone must be responsible for this I'm not sure if there is heating assistance there. A soft-drink is a caffeine-containing drink It is good to have the option to close it, but if you are in a hurry, it can make you feel more pressed for time while you wait for it to close so that you can sit. Typically, I never close the lid on the toilet seat top, but this one has the soft close feature so that you never have to worry about seat SLAM like you may get with a typical seat. It's a good thing that this setup stays open on its own, as my old toilet seat would not stay open without me holding it (a real pain in the butt for men standing) but this one does, so that was a great benefit for me. In addition, I bought a "glowbowl" type lamp that fits in under this seat well. If you are purchasing this on Amazon, this is a nice accessory to purchase. You can search for "glowbowl" on Google. In light of the fact that the electricity is already present, the manufacturer of SmartBidets ought to consider adding this feature. It may have other advantages, especially in the energy saving mode, when a motion sensor is added. The bottom line (no pun intended) is that this one works at least as well as the fancy one in my hotel in Seoul. Based at least on cost per unit It will probably be used more frequently than I do, since I am married, and my wife will use it more than once per day at my house for sure. Calculating that, it probably comes out to be It is projected to cost between 10 cents and 20 cents per use over its lifetime. My guess is that the lower cost of toilet paper will offset the increase in electric and water bills. My last point is this. The one I bought cost me $249 (other ones cost twice this). To you who are considering other ones that cost twice as much, I can say that this one works just as advertised, just as I expected, and just as well as the "heavy duty" hotel-style cord. The one that I used in Asia was grade one. The one I ended up buying was the one I researched on Amazon. It has been a great experience.
