Good price, but surface is very easy to damage. In all honesty, my bidet seat makes me very happy. is really cool, and it has just the right number and type of functions, so whenever my friends come over to my apartment, they rave over how cool it is. Aside from living in California, I lived in Japan for a short time and got one for my house after returning. It functions perfectly and has excellent build quality. I have not had any issues with it. In contrast, since it has already faded away, It's a very gentle, chemical-free way to cleanse my skin There is a free cleaner on the toilet as well as microfiber cloths to protect it from scratches. I have however started developing a speckled and discolored surface on the toilet lid despite being careful to take care of it and using a natural cleaner (AND microfiber cloth) to clean it. As I have never touched the plastic surface with chemicals, and I clean it every week, it's very odd that the clear finish on the plastic is showing signs of degradation. Maybe it's caused by the bathroom's humidity (from showers) or maybe it is something else. After a year, I can guess it will look quite ugly. It's still working great now, but the future will tell if it will stand the test of time. Please consider using a different material or coating to cover the lid or seat of the new Lotus tablet. As a whole, this bidet seat is a great choice.

My age is 81 and I am not quite sure what prompted me to purchase this, but I did and I am really glad I have it now. The installation took about two hours, and I did it myself (no outside assistance). The bells and whistles initially did not make sense to me, but once I understood how they are made and actually tried them, they made perfect sense. Looking down and to the right can be difficult for me considering I have a small problem with seeing out of my right eye. It was easy for me to feel the first two buttons, but the dryer button gave me a problem. I taped a piece of string to the button, "personal problem solved" (this might actually be a good design change). You can see a picture of this (see below).
