Questions & Answers
The Advanced Hybrid Water Heating System is used in this bidet seat, which is powered by electricity and has a 3-foot power cord. The cord is 5 feet long and must be plugged into a GFCI outlet. You can use an extension cord, but make sure it's a grounded extension cord with three prongs and a 15 amp rating.
It comes in a variety of colors, including white, biscuit, and almond (beige), which is usually more expensive.
Although it is a toilet seat rather than a cushion, the temperature can be adjusted.
The intensity cannot be changed, but it can be turned off.

I've wanted a bidet seat for a long time, and with things as they are now, I figured now was as good a time as any to get one. I took all of the necessary measurements to ensure that I had a total of more than 1. With these measurements, the opening sits right over the porcelain in the front (as shown in pictures) and 5 inches from bolt hole to take (I have 1 7/8) and 16 inches from bolt hole to bowl front (I have 16 1/4). I would recommend that if you plan to purchase this product, you make sure you have at least 16 1/2" from bolt hole to inner lip of the bowl otherwise you will be off to the home improvement store to buy another toilet because it is cheaper than the bidet seat.
Let me begin by addressing the quality of the Swash LT99 model that I purchased. I have a strong mechanical background and have worked in a variety of construction trades for many years. This being said, and not to brag on my behalf, the ease of installation, clear instructions, and available videos were all spot on, allowing anyone to install this unit with minimal difficulty. From the comfort of the toilet seat to all of the necessary plumbing fixtures, you're ready to go (pun intended) once you set up the multiple personal usage options on the remote control. br>The Swash LT99 is of a quality that is hard to come by these days, and from what I've seen so far, every aspect of the Swash LT99 is very positive; the sanitary advantage is far greater than with t-shirts. wiping cloths and paper T- was one of the words I used. After the first couple of uses, paper was used to check for cleanliness and nothing was found. br>If the current global Coronavirus Pandemic has a silver lining, it is this hidden blessing, because I would not have been in the market for a bidet otherwise. br>Many thanks to Brondell for a fantastic product!.
Because it's new to the market, you won't find much information about it online, and Amazon is the only place where you can buy it (as confirmed by Brondell over the phone). I had some delivery issues; it was supposed to arrive on Friday "PRIME," but they sent me a message saying it wouldn't arrive until Monday, so I sent a message back to the appropriate people, and it arrived the following day, Saturday. It only took ten minutes to set up, and it works perfectly. If there's one criticism, it's that it requires a certain weight limit before it will work. My daughter tried it and it wouldn't do anything; she's around 40 pounds. I'll have to buy toilet paper because it's 45 pounds, but otherwise it's fantastic. I'm not going to hold the delivery against the unit, but I would appreciate it if someone could let me know if the unit would work on a 45-pound person. Thanks.
There are four different models of this, and if I were to buy it again (or if they would let me return it without the box I ruined - I would choose the less expensive model without the novelty hot air blower (note that I did not try). The dryer might remove 30% of the water if one sat on the toilet for 30 min after using it for 30 min after using it. This is a completely useless feature. br>br>Apart from that, it's perfect. It's nice to be able to adjust the temperature of the water, and the hybrid water heater is a great feature for preventing cold water surprises. br>br>I had to take one star off for the remote because it can be unresponsive at times, and I can't figure out how to use the multiple profiles (manual was lost with the box, long story).
I had never used a bidet before and was a little nervous about how to use one. However, once the water began to spray, I was like a duck to water. No worries; it took me about three seconds to figure it out, and I'm sure almost anyone could. br>br>While participating in the COVID- During the 19th lockdown, there was no TP on the shelves in the Bay Area, and my supply was running out. I placed this order before it became an emergency. What a brilliant concept! It arrived quickly, and I installed it myself with the help of channel-based installation software. With only a moderate amount of difficulty and swear words, you can use lock pliers, teflon tape, and a screwdriver. The installation video was well worth the time and effort it took to find! Although it does a decent job of mapping out the remote control, the instruction booklet included in the box was barely useful. While watching the video helped me understand how to complete the installation, actually doing it was more difficult. Finally, only a small amount of water leaks from the bidet connection - I drink about 2 ounces of pure water per day, which I collect in a small bucket. I believe the metal should have been double wrapped. Using teflon tape to make a metal connection I should probably uninstall and reinstall it, but I'm not sure. I'm just going to live with it because I don't have great plumbing skills, and what if I reinstall it and it's even worse? br>br>The remote control is also a brilliant idea, as it eliminates the need to twist to press buttons on the bidet that are behind you. My remote control unit, on the other hand, is a pain to use. It doesn't always register that I pressed the button; for example, It registers but does not start the cycle in some cases. It starts up and then stops and resets itself. For no apparent reason, the settings I set the last time, such as for very warm water, sometimes unset themselves overnight. I'm not sure how to get the remote control to behave properly all of the time. But, because I have all the time in the world with the lockdown, I just keep messing around with it, and it eventually delivers. br>br>The warm water wash feature is one of my favorites. It is, in my opinion, a necessary feature for fully appreciating the bidet world. The remote control once forgot that I had set the water temperature to its warmest setting and instead delivered cold water - Oh no, that did not sit well with me! A tense experience as opposed to a relaxing experience in the warm water. br>br>I enjoy the fan-style design. a feature for drying clothes It has no effect on my ability to stay dry. However, it is a two-part system. The minute cycle removes a lot of moisture, requiring less mopping at the end (I made a small stack of washable terrycloth towel rags for this). When it comes to drying off, the bidet cycle concludes with a few drops of water sprayed all over the seat. It's kind of gross! As a result, at the end, I mop it up as well. I have no idea what that means - What if it was a case of user error? br>br>But, in the end, I'm keeping it clean despite running out of TP and having no way of getting more, which is exactly what I signed up for. As a result, I am extremely grateful and pleased with my purchase, and I strongly suggest this product!!.
