Before installing the T valve, make sure the black washer is inside and that the threading is covered with the ptfe tape provided. There was no leak after I did that. (It was leaking before because I repaired it without a washer)
Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, turning off the television is advised. after each use, replace the valve Otherwise, the hose and sprayer would be under constant water pressure. The t-shirt, on the other hand, can be turned around. Set the valve to a lower water pressure and leave it turned on - You'll always have water, but it will be at a lower pressure this way.
Is your connection leaking? If that's the case, teflon tape or a new washer should suffice. It'll have to be replaced if it's in the middle of the hose.
We appreciate you getting in touch with us. A new washer will be sent to you. Please email us at [email protected] if you have any questions. com and include your mailing address
Selected User Reviews For Purrfectzone Bidet Sprayer for Toilet, Handheld Sprayer Kit, Hand Held Bidet, Cloth Diaper Sprayer Set - Easy to Install
The best part is that there aren't any leaks! I've installed three different brands of well-being products over the years. I looked at bidet sprayers in different houses we've owned and found that no matter what I did, they all leaked. So I stopped using the bidet sprayer for a while. Although I was able to successfully install a bidet attachment that sprays from beneath the toilet seat, it was not only less satisfying (especially for a woman), but it also proved to be extremely difficult to clean. And, to be honest, I've never thought that spraying a woman's private parts from behind was the most sanitary way to do so. So, for a few more years, I kept a bidet sprayer on my private wish list, hoping to muster the courage to try again someday. After a recent review of my list and extensive reading of reviews, I decided on the PurrfectZone sprayer. It had a silly name for a sprayer, but it had a lot of positive reviews that sounded genuine. To cut a long story short, I placed an order for one and had it installed in under 10 minutes. And, surprise, surprise, surprise! NO LEAKS! FINALLY! After using this refreshing sprayer for over a week, I plan to mount the holder bracket to the wall of my WC to make it easier to use than the toilet tank option. The toilet tank holder has worked well and would be a great option for renters and others who don't want to put a hole in their wall, so its inclusion in the PurrfectZone kit is welcome. The high quality of every component of this sprayer set makes me appreciate it even more. This company stands out from the rest because it was clearly created with a lot of thought and consideration. Even though you chose a silly name, PurrfectZone, thanks for having such high standards. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> We purchased a second PurrfectZone sprayer for our guest bathroom because we were pleased with the first one we purchased. PurrfectZone sent me another hose for the new one along with a note explaining they'd received reports of some customers having problems with the hose of the unit I'd just received and were replacing it with a better one that could handle higher water pressure before I could get around to installing it. I hadn't complained about anything because I hadn't completed the installation yet. PurrfectZone simply replaced the item on their own to ensure that I received the best product and experience possible; I've never had a company do this with anything I've purchased before. PurrfectZone has truly impressed me, and I wish I could give them more stars!.
The material appears to be of good quality (at least, it appears to be better than the first one I received). Because my previous unit sprung a leak from the internal reinforced tubing, I feel a little better about my purchase. br>Overall, this unit is similar to others on the market, but the metal spring-like outer hose and reinforced inner tube, as previously mentioned, appear to be of higher quality than some others I've seen. br>br>The only thing I don't like about this sprayer, and it's something I've noticed with all of the sprayers I've looked at, is: When you're finished, always turn off the water supply to the sprayer (they can't be held responsible for leaks, etc. ). Getting behind the toilet and turning it on and off before and after each use is a major pain. Kitchen sink sprayer heads aren't affected by this - Why does a Bidet sprayer have to deal with that? br>The sprayer does what it's supposed to do, and I'm pleased with the quality (so far), so I'm giving it a five-star rating. Please, in the future, make a unit that is durable enough that we don't have to turn it on and off after every use.
During the 2020 toilet paper shortage, I switched to this Bidet and hand-cut flannel wipes, which I keep and reuse. br>br>Don't go all "eeeewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww Please pay attention to what I'm saying, and no, I'm not a granola. I bought two of them. br>br> 3 yards of soft baby flannel, cut into rounded-edged pieces to reduce fraying. br>br>I use the bidet to spray clean my personal areas and wipe with a flannel. br>Once used, I place each piece of flannel in a large garbage can lined with a net bag filled with soapy bleach water. When it's time to wash the whites, I lift the net bag and drain the majority of the water. Set the washer to Whitest Whites, net bag, and all other whites to be washed on hot, and tie the bag so nothing falls out. br>br>After drying everything together, I take the clean flannel pieces out of the net bag and un-fold the whites. They should be crumpled, stacked flat, and placed in the commode basket to be reused. br>br>Because my family is afraid to try it, they use toilet paper instead. For now. We've already saved a lot of money just because I'm using this system. Have you seen how much Angel Soft costs these days? br>br>If I didn't have this Bidet sprayer, I wouldn't be able to do this. It's without a doubt one of the best purchases I've ever made. br>br>It helps if you have hemorrhoids because TP is harsh on sensitive areas. br>br>Plus, with this version of the hand-held Bidet, you can adjust the strength of the spray. br>br>It's also great for cleaning up messes in the toilet, watering nearby plants, or spraying your significant other if they're in the bathroom with you! It was a lot of fun.
The bidet turned out to be defective. br>It leaked from the tube, the Bidet's body, and flooded my bathroom in about 3 hours while I was away, spilling over into the kitchen and sunroom, necessitating the repair of the dry wall ceiling and the sunroom's floor, a nightmare. br>The plumber concluded that the product was defective because there were no problems at the joints/ washers and clear water oozing out of the tube an inch below the spout joint when it was rested. 😞.
