I built my own walnut vanity top and paired this sink with a Kohler faucet. It has a very high-end look to it.
However, I'm only giving it one star because it was shattered upon delivery, and the only way to "return or replace item" is through Kohler. When I contacted Kohler, they stated that they only replace items after they have been installed, not if they have been shattered during delivery. That happened to be on Amazon. Then I search and search and discover that there is NO WAY TO CONTACT AMAZON ABOUT THIS PRODUCT TO RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT. As a result, I'm no longer in the black. AMAZON, THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!.
I installed this a few years ago in one of our bathrooms, along with a custom mosaic counter top (see photo). Unfortunately, a pipe burst in the wall recently, causing damage to the vanity cabinet this was sitting on, as well as a bunch of drywall and the wainscot. And, to top it off (the house was built in 1973), asbestos was discovered in the drywall mud. Unfortunately, while doing some demolition work, the abatement company broke the sink. In an attempt to re-use the sink, I was relieved to discover it again. make something out of what we have! I'm going to order this within the next few days!.
I like the style, and it was simple to put together (well, it was easy to watch the handyman put it together, and it seemed simple to him). The drain is in the middle, rather than the back, as a design feature. This necessitates the use of a longer thingymabob to connect it to an existing drain line that previously received water from the sink's back end. I'm in love with the style, and the quality appears to be above and beyond the price!.
The oval, which was 30 years old, has been updated in a stylish manner. I got "open box," which saved me some money and a trip to the store. There was no damage or issues, and I was pleased with my purchase. In the bathroom, it looks great. You'll be fine if you stick to the cut template, measure, and mark.
It has a fantastic appearance. Amazon has a great deal. They initially delivered two broken ones, but they quickly replaced them with no problems. The master bath was outfitted with gold faucets. Splash area is quite large!.
Finally, one was lost and the second was broken after not receiving it. I then placed a third order, which took three months to complete - It appeals to me.
I believe in Kholer products, so Amazon is sending me a replacement. My husband has 25 years of experience as a carpenter/plumber and is extremely knowledgeable in this field. He completed the installation a week ago using Kohler facets and followed all instructions. He's been doing this for a long time. Our new beautiful sink has a crack across all three center holes, so we awoke to a strange noise this morning. It had to be a factory flaw.
