Only the sink top is included in this listing. The cabinet is not included in the purchase price.
Hello,br>This Maykke Brighton Sinktop has one hole for a faucet. 1 inch is the diameter of the faucet hole. 3/8". Maykke is a word that comes to mind when I think of May.
This is a stand-alone piece, not one that sits on top of another. It looks fantastic because it is directly on the vanity. A vessel bowl is required if you already have a quartz top.

When I received my order via UPS carrier, I inspected it and discovered that one of the two sinks I had ordered had been broken in half in transit. MAYKKE provided excellent customer service by promptly replacing my sink after I informed them of the problem. The sink is stylish and contemporary. The finish is a high-gloss bright white ceramic with a 30-inch overall length. NOT 31" but 5" It was a 30 in my cabinet as well. I had to install it flush with my sink cabinet due to wall conditions, rather than having an overhang on the exposed side; it would be better if they made it a 31" wide sink that could fit a standard 30 to 30. Allow for a 5" overhang by using a 5" cabinet. However, I was able to make it work, and it now appears to be new. modern. I also wish they sold a matching ceramic backsplash, but since they didn't, I was able to find some long bullnose ceramic tiles that were 4" tall and matched the color/finish (see photo for backsplash I purchased - Overall, I would purchase the sinks again because they are reasonably priced and, once installed, gave my bathroom a modern upgrade!.
As a result, we had to make do with what we had, and this sink helped to modernize the entire bathroom! It was a perfect fit for our existing vanity and looks fantastic!.
This is a fantastic product that has been expertly crafted. This item is extremely durable. It has a nice appearance. br>br>It's impossible to make a mistake. br>br>Also, don't worry about having it delivered through Amazon. The sink is about as safe as it gets when it comes to potential damage.
This sink and top met the requirement for a 31" vanity top. It's true ceramic, with hard-to-find front and back splash guards, and it's WHITE and perfectly matches the ceramic toilet. We couldn't find a single hole top, and we'd heard of other companies' products breaking in transit, so the packaging was excellent. I asked the carrier to remain with the unit while I opened and inspected it. He was content to stay for a minute, unpacked and in perfect condition.
This is a stunning sink! Unfortunately, I have a picky client who has noticed some light grazing/chips on one of the edges. It was so minor that I didn't even notice it until she pointed it out. It's absolutely stunning, but I had to return it. I had to make-do because the plumber was already booked. Use a locally sourced substitute instead. On the return, Maykke was a breeze to work with. Don't think twice about purchasing this item. It's quite the sink!.
This sink and counter top are both very nice. It was a perfect fit for our existing vanity top. One that we already have is The hole faucet was fine, but I replaced it with a new push-to-open faucet. Drainage must be pulled. It's a lovely white color. Make certain you purchase the correct type for your faucet! Also, because it didn't come with a built-in back splash, we installed tile, which looks great. The shipping container was great. If the old one can still be used, donate it to Habitat for Humanity. They take them in stride.
I was hesitant to buy this type of item online, especially at this price, but I couldn't be more pleased with this product, which I got in the single hole 25" size. I chose a kitchen cabinet for my vanity because it is taller and the fit was perfect! Don't hesitate to purchase this vanity top; you will not be disappointed. br>I'm so glad I stuck it out. The first two were sent via Prime and arrived in pieces, so I tried again with regular shipping and it arrived in perfect condition! We haven't installed this sink yet, but I'm still giving it five stars because it's lovely and modern, with such clean lines, and I can't wait to have it in our bathroom. Because the bathroom is so small, I believe the simplicity of this sink's design will be beneficial. It's fantastic value for money.
