I read the other reviews and would like to address some of the complaints. br>br>Some people complained that it didn't come with any pre-installed software. br>br> The flanges were drilled into the base. I agree. It could have had the flange holes located for the user at the very least. It did, however, say "assembly required," and I had a lot of fun putting the flanges in place myself. I pre- I used a 1/16" bit to drill the holes, which made installing the base flange screws a breeze. br>br>Paint chipping was a complaint from some. RUSTIC is the description of the item. Look it up on the internet! You should anticipate (and even desire!) this. ) paint that has chipped. Would it even be considered rustic if the paint was flawless? Mine has a few chips and I am 100% okay with that as well. It was rumored to have crooked posts. br>br> I have a lot of reservations. These are extremely strong steel tubes that will not bend during shipping. I'm guessing that the users reporting this issue are cross-platform. During the assembly process, the tubes are threaded. It's fairly simple to accomplish, even for a novice. If there had been pre-drilled holes, I would have given it 5 stars. It wasn't a problem for me because I have a lot of tools on hand. Others, however, I'm sure, will be irritated by this. Apart from that, a fantastic product!.

This TP holder has a great design and is very durable! So much better than the cheap ones that have to be stuffed with rolls to stay upright. If it weren't for a couple of minor flaws, I would have given it five stars. One, the description claims that it holds 'up to 5 rolls' of TP, but it only holds 4 - One on the roll holder and three on the stand (I suppose it could hold 5 if you find very small rolls of TP, but I still think that's pushing it). Furthermore, as others have pointed out, there are no pre-requisites. Drilled holes or even marks to serve as a guide when putting the pieces together. To properly space things, you'll need to use a ruler or a tape measure. Having said that, I didn't need to use a drill - I was able to screw the pieces into the wood base using only a screwdriver because the wood is soft. So, aside from having to measure everything, assembly was a breeze.

Despite a few flaws, I'm giving this a 5-star rating. These issues don't seem to bother me, but they're worth noting.
Pros: Inexpensive, looks great, is very easy to put together, and appears to be of good qualitybr>br>Cons: When I first opened the box, it had a strange odor to it that was quite strong. This isn't a major issue for me, but it could be for others. One of the bars has a minor bend in it. Again, this isn't a major issue. The black paint on some of the items was chipped, despite the fact that everything was packaged nicely. It appears to have been a quality control issue. br>br>Despite the few minor flaws I discovered, it's still a fantastic deal. When I saw the only photo on here, I had to laugh. It appears to be twice as tall as it actually is. I'm still going to recommend this tp holder, and I'd buy it again in a heartbeat!.

The item is exactly as described, with the exception that 1) the wood is a darker color. I was hoping for a wood tone that was more obvious and warm. It's more espresso-like or off-black in flavor. 2) Neither pipe has a pilot hole. It includes a paper template with two round holes to indicate where your pipe bases should be screwed in. br>br> The pipe will become crooked if your hand or the paper slips. The pipes will be crooked if the screw is inserted at an angle. The wood splitting was also a concern for me. It's a piece of wood that's light, dry, and unsealed. br>br>I'm not sure why the seller/maker didn't go the extra mile and drill pilot holes, as this would result in less waste and better quality control, as well as a better buyer experience. br>br>However, it's exactly what I wanted, and it's been holding up well so far.

I was able to use power tools as a result of this. To be honest, it took me all of 5 minutes to put this together, and that included double-checking that I had everything I needed to put the toilet paper holder stand together. The stand is sturdy, and the wood platform is attractive; the only issue I encountered was my failure to remember the measurements. It's a little big for my bathroom, and it protrudes about 2" from the wall next to the vanity. This is not a tripping hazard in any way; it's simply a matter of personal taste. DH assures me that it looks fantastic, and since he's pleased, I'm pleased as well. Chipped paint was mentioned by other reviewers, and mine had one spot of chipped paint where the TP roll goes, but I don't consider that a complaint, even if it was on the stand pole. After all, rustic is what I'm looking for. I'm very happy with this product, and it looks fantastic. I'd tell a friend about it.

if you're looking for a wall-mounted dispenser, then I'm here to tell you that your dreams have come true! This is unlike any other toilet paper holder: it's black and industrial-looking. The 'active' toilet paper roll has rustic stability thanks to style piping mounted on a sturdy platform made of real wood, while the reserve rolls have easy access thanks to another vertically oriented pipe. However, I must temper my enthusiasm with the following warning: 4 screws each are used to secure the pipes to the wooden platform. Although the screws are included, there are no pre-drilled holes. holes that have been drilled I believe the wood is stained pine, so they could be screwed in without drilling, but there's always the risk of splitting the wood (which would be a tragedy!). ), so, in true rugged handyman fashion, I recommend dusting off the old drill and firing it up for optimal assembly. Also, while the wood platform has been attractively stained, no polyurethane or similar finish has been applied – it isn't exactly impervious to moisture, but polyurethane may have detracted from the authenticity of the rusticity that makes this product so appealing.
