Screws are not the only thing you need
7 to 8 years old. A 5 inch diameter
As long as they are properly anchored, they can easily support the weight, however I would recommend a spacing of 16 inches between each stud. There is a concern with the 5" overhang in that if someone leans on the front edge of the bar, it could pull the short screws holding the shelf to the bracket and tip forward. I think they sell a 12" version of the shelf that would work better in

It is for holding up two butcher block shelves that we are using the shelf brackets. The excess from the countertop in our guest house was used to make these I've had no problems with it so far. The signs have been up and in use for more than a month and are beautiful.
The 6 brackets were flush mounted into the wall and were used as support for a ready-built shelf A TV stand that was too low was too much of a hassle to assemble. This TV stand was not designed to be wall mounted (cheap particle board, held together with cam locks), but since all of the weight is on the shelf brackets, I however figured it would work. The shelf brackets needed to be strong and at exactly 90 degrees, which they That's good to know! It's probably safe for me to sit on it, but I won't since the TV stand would break, but I'm sure the brackets would support it. As well as the floating effect, I added some lights for a bit of extra light. As well as, the TV stand weighs about 70 lbs and the speakers on top weigh about 30 pounds each. So, the 6 brackets are supporting a total of at least Thank you for your help! I did use larger screws than what was included with the kit to mount these to the studs. I really like these brackets for the price.
This is an extremely easy to install product. This concrete has a great capacity for weight and depth. I purchased this item after looking in multiple stores and was extremely pleased with it. It's time for me to place another order.
Their intended purpose isn't mounting shelves, so I didn't buy them for that purpose. Instead, I bought them so I could build a concrete counter top with them as additional support. These are used to add extra support to the overhang since the bar is the one that supports the majority of the weight of the counter top. Those seem like they will work well for that purpose. The cables did bend a bit once they were mounted vertically, but not too Their use as shelf mounts seems ideal to me.
It seems to be a sturdy, good-looking device. There is no error in the measurements. It's impossible for me to comment on the supplied screws since I didn't use To build my entertainment center, I used brackets. It is very likely to give a little with weight/applied force.
This product is about half the price at the big box chain stores such as It is a hefty, solid, quality piece of furniture. A 1/2 inch thick shelf came with properly sized screws for attaching the shelf to the wall as well as for attaching the back of the shelf. The screws are aligned perfectly in the screw holes, resulting in a solid, stable attachment. The pieces were used to hold mountain biking gear on a melamine shelf in the garage. Everything seems to be going well.
I would say that they are precisely This is a very sturdy product. The bookshelves look great in an office area where I used them as bookshelves. I ordered the brackets for the 10 inch shelves because I was planning on 12 inch shelves. He decided he wanted 10 inch shelves, so they were too long for him. The shelves are exactly 10 inches long, and the 10 inch shelves are 9 inches long. I am 25 inches tall. It didn't matter which way the brackets were flipped, they still worked.
It's okay to look at them because they're well-made, but be aware that 5mm is roughly equivalent to 3/16" in thickness. It is absolutely critical that I use 1/4" to support the shelves I am building without hanging brackets on each By bending flat bar stock, drilling holes, and cutting it, you can make these for a fraction of the price, which is exactly what I did.
