The image depicts a variety of grommets/plugs, whereas the image on the product page depicts square-shaped grommets/plugs. ribber grommets in the shape of an ish ribber. I'm not sure what I'll get. ?

I'm not sure why "square-" appears in your search results. In your photo, you have "ish" grommets. They aren't exactly square. You'll find a good selection of round rubber grommets and plugs, just as you've come to expect. The only drawback is that you only get about 4 of each of the larger sizes (the small ones are plentiful).

1) Do the plugs have groves, similar to grommets, to ensure that they are securely fastened? 2) What is the total number of 3/4" plugs?

They're grooved, to be sure. There are four 3/4-inch grommets and two 3/4-inch x 15/16-inch grommets, as well as two 7/16-inch x 3-inch grommets. grommets with a diameter of four inches

Can these be used to cover a hole in the truck's roof so that wire can be inserted and the truck is waterproofed?

if the wire is able to pass through the hole without bending. I would strongly recommend applying silicone rubber (from a tube) to the grommet's roof seal and the wire's passage through the hole.

Is there a 5/8" rubber flush mount plug included in the kit, and how many are there?

Yes, 5/8" rubber plugs (labeled "15") are included. On the box cover, it says "88mm" in metric measurements. I hope this has provided you with the information you require. Team GST

The product description should not be taken as gospel. It's marketed as "Rubber" grommets, but it's actually a hard, brittle PVC that rips apart when installed. This is NOT the material you want if you need a pliable rubber for your project. The material's description should be changed by the seller. It is NOT made of rubber.

These are nice, there's a good variety, and they're soft and flexible. Some people complained that the ones they got were hard, but these aren't. I'm extremely pleased with the results.

The item was delivered on time and in perfect condition. I bought this kit to replace an undercoating plug on my vehicle's frame, and I was able to find one that fit perfectly. The rubber was soft and pliable, which was exactly what I needed for my project. Now I'll have plenty of extras on hand in case I ever need them.
