It is true. The best way to clean the side of the mailbox is to use an alcohol swab, let it dry, and apply the solution. It will stick to metal or plastic so long as the surface is clean and clear of debris, as the numbers have a very strong adhesive.
Numbers 2 and 4 each have two copies. You will have to order two sets if you have repeating numbers and want to do both sides of the mailbox.
This is a fairly easy task. If you pre-order, you'll be able to Mark the area where the decals should be applied. These sheets stick like super glue once they have been applied. As long as you follow the directions in the package, they will work very well.
It is best to use these on wood that has been sealed and painted since porous wood may ruin the result. There is a lot of strength in the adhesive. In that case, I'd recommend a metal or plastic number that can be screwed into the wood if the wood is porous.

The numbers are adhesive and so cute. On my large metal mailbox, I got the white reflective numbers in four inches. It makes me happy to have them in my life. It is very easy to put on, is reflective, but not blinding, and the font is very beautiful. A variety of sets is provided in case you get confused. It's a classy look. The paper I used to stick them on straight was a piece of letter paper, cut in half lengthwise, with magnets holding them level, at the right distance apart, and the right A second check of the volume was done on my phone. I was able to accomplish my goal.
It was very nice to see these numbers in such a beautiful font. The character of these people is impressive. They arrived late, and I was disappointed. In order to assist in level installation, there were no guidelines. It made me even more angry when I came home after dark for the first time after I put them in my mailbox. Their ability to reflect is very limited. By the time I noticed the grey/white numbers against the black mailbox, I was less than 50 feet away from my drive. As long as they don't fall off and I don't need to replace them, I will leave them on. We do not recommend this. Make sure you pay close attention to the way the reflective numbers are displayed and how reflective they appear.
I thought these white post box numbers were a pleasing style, easy to install, and were noticeable from the road.
Our large mailbox is 4" tall so we bought it. I was very pleased with how they looked, and they were simple to erect. Although the instructions mention "burnish," I was unknown what this meant and just ran over the stickers with a plastic putty knife/scraper (both before sticking the stickers to the box and after sticking them to the box before removing the outside sheet) and it worked fine.
The address of our house has four numbers, of which two are identical. were able to do both sides of both the house and the mailbox in the double digits. The vinyl siding sticks well to this adhesive and will be easily seen.
I apologize for my mistake. There was a debate among me as to whether I should order the 4" or the 5". It is more like 3 1/2" than 4". I ended up ordering the 4". A reorder of the 5" numbers is in order.
I like that there are more numbers you get than you would expect. It looks easy to do, just follow the.
